To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional
Period:
• Visit
www.playstreamtime.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion
entry page. Individuals can visit the website directly, or scan the QR code
featured on specially marked packs;
• Input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, full
residential address, contact phone number, Eligible Purchase they made (from
the drop-down menu) and the retailer that it was purchased from;
• Take a photo of the product packaging of their Eligible Purchase and ensure
the photograph is clearly taken outside of a retail environment in an outdoor
setting showing the specially marked product packaging clearly open. For
clarity, for every entry made, it is mandatory that entrants take and retain a
photograph of the specially marked product packaging used to enter in
accordance with the above instructions;
• Upload the photograph of their Eligible Purchase along with a photograph of
their purchase receipt clearly showing the details of their Eligible Purchase
(“Proof of Purchase”); and then
• Submit the fully completed entry form.
6. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted
per transaction regardless of how many eligible products in excess of one (1) are
purchased in that transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in
accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of one (1) entry is permitted
per person per day.
Entrants acknowledge that by entering they must retain both their receipt and the
photograph of their Eligible Purchase until at least 20/10/2021 (14 working days after
the last date of the Promotional Period) for all entries as Proof of Purchase. Failure to
produce the Proof of Purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute
discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and
forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of
purchase.
Entrants acknowledge that by entering they understand that this promotion is heavily
monitored against fraudulent activity and that if the entrant is found to have submitted
fraudulent entries using multiple email addresses and/or IP addresses and/or multiple
residence addresses of close similarity and/or multiple names of close similarity, that
all of their entries will automatically be deemed invalid.
Instant Win Procedure
Once an entry has been submitted in accordance with clause 5 above, each entrant
will be then notified instantly, in writing, online whether or not they are a provisional
instant winner. All valid entries received from non-winners of an instant prize will
automatically be placed in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed prizes. Provisional
winners will be validated within seven (7) busines days of their instant win notification.
Once validated, they will be deemed a winner and sent their prize accordingly.
There will be two thousand five hundred (2500) instant prizes available to be won
during the Promotional Period. A computerised system held at Blackhawk Network L1,
534 Church Street, Cremorne, VIC 3121, Australia will randomly determine two
thousand five hundred (2500) winning times (each a “Winning Time”). The first entry
received on or after each Winning Time, will be the provisional winner of an instant
prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
