TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry to the competition commences 25/05/21, 7am and finishes 20/07/21, 5pm
AEST.
3. Entry is open to everyone 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shingle Inn
Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter customers must purchase 5 coffees at any Shingle Inn store, have had
their competition card stamped and fill out the required entry details.
5. Multiple entries permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during
the promotional period using this method.
6. The value of the Australian prize pool is $5,000 AUD in the form of 5 x $1,000
Visa gift cards (1 x $1,000 to be won in WA/SA, 1 x $1,000 to be won in VIC, 1 x
$1,000 to be won in NSW and 2 x $1,000 to be won in QLD).
7. The value of the New Zealand prize pool is $1,000 NZD in the form of 1 x $1,000
Visa gift card.
8. There is an opportunity for winners to receive an extra $500 (maximum 1 per
winner) gift card, where the winner is a registered member of Shingle Inn’s VIP
InnerCircle Loyalty Program and is signed up to receive marketing emails.
9. Winners will be drawn on 03/08/2021 at Shingle Inn Franchise Office. Winners will
be contacted via phone and their prize will be mailed via registered post to their
preferred address. Winners will be announced on our website

entry process.
11. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or
entries sent but not received by the Promoter. The judge's decision is final, and no
correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the
Promoter.
12. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter
reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to
any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
13. The personal information supplied to the Promoter for the purpose of redeeming
prizes may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes, and this information
may be disclosed to organisations to which we outsource our mailing functions. The
personal information may also be disclosed to third parties to determine whether an
entrant has breached these terms and conditions. You consent to us so using and
disclosing your personal information. Please contact us if you do not wish us to use
your personal information for these purposes, or if you wish to access, correct or
update the information.
