How it works
We are here to help our Flame Rewards members get through winter. So every Monday from 10am until 18 July, we will share a new Summer Riddle. Have fun decoding them and win delicious Oporto prizes.

There are a total of 4 riddles. Each riddle solved gets you an entry in the draw to win a $100 Flame Rewards credit.

Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter, the gifts and the major prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Oporto Franchising Pty Ltd (ABN 86 083 011 349) of Level 12, 12 Help Street, Chatswood NSW 2067, telephone: 02 8905 8400.
Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC, WA and QLD residents aged 13 years or over.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entries into the promotion open at 09:00 am AEST on 21/06/2021 and close at 08:59 am AEST on 18/07/2021 (“Promotional Period”).
Participant must be an existing Flame Rewards member, or become a verified member on the same day that they submit their entry (as defined below), in order to be eligible to claim a gift or the major prize.
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps:

Solve the riddle for that week; and
Claim the voucher by joining or logging in to Flame Rewards
Only one (1) Entry is permitted per person per weekly riddle
Every entrant who solves the weekly riddle will be awarded a Flame Rewards vouchers.
There will be different vouchers to be won each entry period of the Promotional Period as follows:
21- 27 June 2021 | Free Spicy Chicken Bolas with any order of $10 or more
28 June – 4 July 2021 | Free Donut with any order of $10 or more
5 – 11 July 2021 | $2 chips with any order of $10 or more
12 -18 July 2021 | $2 off with any order of $10 or more
The voucher will automatically be loaded onto the entrant’s Flame Rewards account and will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The voucher can be redeemed in any participating Oporto store nationally, subject to the standard Flame Rewards program terms and conditions.
Entrants receive an entry in the major prize draw for each riddle solved. Major Prize is a $100 credit onto Flame Rewards account.
The major prize draw will take place at Oporto Australia, Level 12 Help St, Chatswood NSW on 20/07/2021 at 2pm AEST.
The major prize winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at https://www.oporto.com.au/promotions/decode-summer/ from 27/07/21. The Flame Rewards credit can be redeemed in any participating Oporto store nationally, subject to the standard Flame Rewards program terms and conditions.
