General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will
be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian
consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty.
Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or
partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.
Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their
relatives are ineligible to enter at their business. This includes the parents, siblings,
grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of
employees/employers.
These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of TRFM & GOLD
1242 - 11 Coonoc Rd, Traralgon, VIC, 3844 and can be downloaded from the

Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to scan the unique QR Code when they have
successfully purchased from any of the participating businesses (see attached list)
Once the entrant has successfully scanned the QR Code, they will be directed to an
official online entry form, which they are encouraged to fill out.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database
not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
Prior to 8.00am on major draw dates during the “Entry Period”, an ACE Radio staff
member will pick one (1) entry from all the entries received and that entrant will be
deemed a winner of New Year, New City.
The first winner on Monday, July 12 will have the option to choose from one of the
prizes listed below (prize details). Once they have made that selection that prize is
unavailable to future winners.
The second winner on Monday, July 19 will have the option to choose from the two
remaining packages available. Once they have made that selection that prize is
unavailable to future winners.
The third winner on Monday, July 26 will be deemed the winner of the last prize.
Each person may enter only once per business per day. Multiple registrations will
result in the entry being deemed invalid.
Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be
eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any
entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes any content which may be
unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or
reputation of the promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name
in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion
and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the
entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Conditions of entry If an entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries or an entry on behalf of
someone not present, the entries will be disqualified and all entries made by such
person(s) on that day will be deemed invalid.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winner must show photo
identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize:
● Drivers License
● Proof of age card
● Current Passport
● Defence Force Identification Card
The prize will only be given to the winner on the supply of adequate identification to
an ACE Radio staff member.
Prize details listed in prize details and conditions. ACE Radio Broadcasters will not
be responsible for any other holiday items for example; travel insurance.
The prize is for New Years 2021 and cannot be transferred.
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter
into correspondence regarding the competition result.
Winners must be over the age of 18 or in the case they are under this age – they
must have a parent or guardian present at the draw who will act as a proxy – both the
proxy and the minor must show ID at the time of the draw. If they should win, the
prize will be automatically awarded to the parent or guardian acting as the proxy. No
further correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants give ACE Radio Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have
won the major prize or voucher and the details of the prizes that they have won –
including costs.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the
responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior
to accepting a prize if this is a concern.

Returns economy airfares for four (4) adults from Melbourne Tullamarine to Sydney.
Departing on Thursday, December 30, 2021, returning on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Accommodation at Ovolo 1888 Darling Harbour for four (4) adults.
Transfers not included.
New Year, New City (Gold Coast)
Returns economy airfares for four (4) adults from Melbourne Tullamarine to
Coolangatta. Departing on Thursday, December 30, 2021, returning on Sunday,
January 2, 2022.
Accommodation at Mantra Hotels for four (4) adults.
Transfers not included.
New Year, New City (Adelaide)
Returns economy airfares for four (4) adults from Melbourne Tullamarine to Adelaide.
Departing on Thursday, December 30, 2021, returning on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Accommodation at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites for four (4) adults.
Transfers not included.
Total Prize Pool Each prize holiday will not exceed $4100.
Notification of Winners - via mail (email);
- via telephone; and
- on air at the time of winning,
- All winners published on the Station Website as set out below.
Publication Details Winners will be published on the Station Website for a minimum of 28 days from
