The Promoter

How to Enter
2. To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period, take a photo on board a Tangalooma Island Resort run Whale Watch Cruise, upload it to Instagram, tagging @tangaloomaislandresort and #tangalooma.
3. Entrants must accept these terms and conditions in order to be eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
4. Entry is open to all guests who book on a Tangalooma Island Resort Whale Watch Cruise.
5. The promotional period will run from Monday 19 July 2021 until 10 October 2021. Photos must be published on Instagram during the promotional period – any photos posted before or after the promotional period will be deemed ineligible. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or amend these dates at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes will be published to the terms and conditions page.
6. Photos must be published on a public Instagram account. Any photos published on a private Instagram account won't be seen and will be deemed ineligible.
7. Multiple entries are permitted providing each entry meets the eligibility criteria.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or other communications.
The Prize
10. Each winner is entitled to a refund of either their Whale Watching Cruise (if the winner stayed overnight at Tangalooma Island Resort), or their Whale Watching Day Cruise (if winner did not stay overnight at Tangalooma Island Resort).
11. All ancillary costs and expenses (including transfers, transport, accommodation, insurance, food, beverages, entertainment and spending money) in taking such prizes are the responsibility of the prize winner (unless expressly stated).
Selection of Winning Entry & Promotion
12. Winners are chosen at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Winning entrant selection will take place at Tangalooma Island Resort, Administration Office, Cnr Kingsford Smith Drive & Harvey Street Eagle Farm Qld 4009.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into.
14. The winner(s) photo will be published on the official Tangalooma Island Resort Instagram page (@tangaloomaislandresort) between the promotional period.
15. The winner(s) will be contacted on the Instagram account responsible for publishing the winning photo. If the Promoter does not receive a response to claim the prize within seven (7) days post the sending out of winner notifications, the winner agrees to forfeit their prize.
Prize Conditions
16. A winner’s use of the Prize is entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these terms and conditions, the entrant releases the Promoter from any liability arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the winner’s participation in the Competition.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
