1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter the form are part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is open to Australian residents only over the age of 18 years old.
3. The promotion is run by Koala & Tree Pty Ltd A.B.N 54 142 365 160, 30 Taras Avenue, 3025 VIC.
4. The competition period begins at 12:00AM AEST on Wednesday 28/7/2021 and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 9/8/2021 (Competition Period).
5. To enter the promotion, entrants must fill out their details including full name, phone number and email as well as their dedicated Koalympics themed image to enter the draw.
6. Koala Living reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Multiple entries with the same person will not be accepted.
8. The winner as judged by Koala Living will win the prize.
9. The prize is one Kelly Sofa in Emerald Green.
10. The prize winner will be announced on the 9th of August 2021 on the Koala Living social media platforms.
11. The winners will be notified by email if they have won the competition.
12. If for any reason a winner does not claim their prize within 3 days of the winner being announced, then the prize will be forfeited.
13. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be opted into Koala Living email communication.
