TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter of this competition is Simon Curwood Jewellers (ABN: 77 608 826 535, 20 614 013 875, 59 614 014 407 ). To enter the competition the entrant must complete the online entry form found at winmyring.com by midnight 20th September 2021 AEST. Entry is open to all Australian residents and entry into this competition means that the entrant meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions. Employees of Simon Curwood Jewellers, contractors and related agencies are ineligible to enter this competition. The competition closes at midnight on 20th September 2021 AEST. The competition will be drawn at 1pm on 22nd September 2021 AEST at the following store: Westfield Tuggerah, Westfield Kotara, Charlestown Square and Green Hills. The prize is 4x custom designed rings valued at up to $10,000 RRP each. Delivery of the custom designed rings will take approximately 8 weeks after the CAD drawing has been approved. The winners will be required to have a consultation at their nearest store to finalise the design. If the winner does not live locally the design can be created and approved via phone / email. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The competition will be drawn on 22nd September 2021 AEST by random selection and the winner will be notified via telephone and email by Simon Curwood Jewellers. If the winner is able to pick up the prize, a photo will be taken in store of them receiving the prize and will be posted via Simon Curwood Jewellers social media sites. Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that for any reason the winner cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 3 months, it will be redrawn on 20th December 2021 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by Simon Curwood Jewellers. All entries will be entitled to a second chance discount voucher with a minimum spend to purchase their engagement ring if they so desire. All second chance winners that do not wish to use their discount voucher will be entitled to a free promotional silver ring valued at $119. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and that they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition. Participant will be ineligible if they have previously entered and have won a major/second chance prize. Upon accepting the winner will confirm a proposal to take place prior to the 20th December 2021. If winners can't commit to propose prior to this date they will forfeit their winnings and the prize for the nominated store and the competition will be re-drawn. If the prize has been redeemed and the time lapses the winner may be liable to cover the cost of the prize. TP/00780).
