The promoter is Auto & General Services Pty Ltd (ABN 61 003 617 909), AFSL 241 411 (operating under the brand Budget Direct) of Level 13, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong 4066 (Promoter) on behalf of the insurer, Auto & General Insurance Company Ltd (ABN 42 111 586 353) (Insurer).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotion, “Win a 12 month FleaMail Subscription”. Customers will receive entries into the competition when they complete the online entry form on the Budget Direct website (see Eligibility and Participation section) (Promotion).
Information on how to enter and mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
The Promotion commences at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday, 16 August 2021 and ends at 10:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 31 August 2021 (Promotion Period).
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter is offering:
Two (2) annual subscriptions to FleaMail for Cat owners (Cat Eligible Winners), where:
Each Cat Eligible Winner will win one (1) of two (2) annual FleaMail subscriptions for Cats. Each subscription is valued at $263.88;
Two (2) annual subscriptions to FleaMail for Small Dog owners (under 20kgs) (Small Dog Eligible Winners), where:
Each Small Dog Eligible Winner will win one (1) of two (2) annual FleaMail subscriptions for Small Dogs. Each subscription is valued at $287.88
Two (2) annual subscriptions to Flea Mail for Large Dog owners (over 20kgs) (Large Dog Eligible Winners), where:
Each Large Dog Eligible Winner will win one (1) of two (2) annual FleaMail subscriptions for Large Dogs. Each Subscription is valued at $323.88
FleaMail is a subscription service provider delivering monthly Flea, Tick and Worming treatments to Dog and Cat owners.
Eligibility and Participation
Customers must meet the following criteria to participate in the Promotion (Eligible Entrant):
be 18 years or over and a permanent resident of Australia, or have resided in Australia continuously for six months or more on a temporary work visa at the time of participating in the Promotion; and
not be an officer or employee of the Promoter or Insurer, its related entities or agents and service providers directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion, or their immediate family; and
during the Promotion Period, complete the online competition entry form located at
www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster.html, providing responses to all questions.
Eligible Entrants will be awarded a maximum of:
one (1) entry into the Promotion for completing page one of the online entry form (if an Eligible Entrant submits more than one online entry form, the entry will only be awarded to the first online form submitted).
Three (3) additional entries into the Promotion for completing the bonus questions on page two of the entry form.
The maximum number of entries that will be awarded for form completion within the Promotional Period is four (4).
Any Eligible Entrant who provides incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information, or submits an Entry that infringes any rights of any third party, or contravenes any law or is otherwise objectionable will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter may request the Eligible Entrant produce appropriate photo identification and other documentation to confirm, to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entrant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion and the validity of their entry, failing which all entries of that entrant will be deemed invalid.
Draw and Prizes
A total of three (3) Prize Draws will take place at 10:30am (AEST) on Tuesday, 7 September 2021 (Draw Date) at the Promoter’s Head Office at Level 13, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong QLD 4066 to determine the below winners:

The total maximum prize pool for the Promotion is $1,751.28. Each Eligible Entrant is only eligible to be awarded one prize irrespective of the number entries submitted, excluding Eligible Entrants from South Australia who are eligible to win multiple prizes based on the number of entries submitted.
A total of two (2) Eligible Cat Winners, two (2) Eligible Small Dog Winners and two (2) Eligible Large Dog Winners will be selected on the Draw Date. The Promotor may request evidence of their validity and eligibility of entry, including but not limited to photo identification.
Each winner will receive one (1) 12-month subscription to FleaMail for their Cat or Dog.
The winners will be notified via their nominated email address within two (2) business days of the Draw Date, or by 9 September 2021. The Eligible Winner’s names will be published on the Promoter’s website at
www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster-winners.html within twenty-one (21) days of the applicable prize draw and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to notify the Eligible Winners.
The Promoter may draw five (5) additional reserve entries on the Draw Date in each category (cat, small dog and large dog) and record them (in order) in case of an invalid entry or the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize. In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant declines to accept a prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If a prize cannot be awarded to an entrant drawn, the Promoter will continue this process until the prize is awarded. If after this process, a prize has still not been awarded, or if an entrant drawn cannot be notified, the Promoter will hold an unclaimed prize draw (Unclaimed Prize Draw) in accordance with Clause 18.
A prize will be deemed unclaimed if the Promoter is not reasonably able to contact the Eligible Winner within three (3) months and one (1) day of the Draw Date via the contact details provided at the time of completing the competition entry form.
An Unclaimed Prize Draw will be held in order to distribute any prizes that remain unclaimed, at the location in clause 10, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory Legislation, at 10:30AM (AEST) on 9 December 2021.
Any Unclaimed Prize Draw winner(s) will be notified via their nominated email address, within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw or by 11 December 2021. The Unclaimed Prize Draw Eligible Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s website at
www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster-winners.html on 11 November 2021, and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
The Eligible Winner’s Monthly Flea, Tick and Worming Treatment is supplied by the Promoters’ preferred supplier, FleaMail. The Promoter will distribute the prize redemption details via email. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
