Win an Ultimate Santa’s Gift Pack Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
1.1. The Promoter is: Amusematte Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 4407 950 2220), trading as Scene to Believe (“Scene to Believe”) of 24,25/380 Eastern Valley Way, Roseville NSW 2069.
2. Who can Enter
2.1. Entry is open to Scene to Believe customers who received an email invitation to enter the competition.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition begins at 9:00am (AEST) on Monday 16 August 2021 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 26 August 2021.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Participants must fully complete and submit the online survey accessed via the link provided in their competition invitation email. Eligible entrants must provide name, phone number and email address.
4.2. All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic prize draw.
4.3. Entry is restricted to one (1) entry per person during the Competition Period.
4.4. Entries must be received by 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 26 August 2021.
5. Prize
5.1. There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive a voucher for one (1) Scene to Believe Ultimate Santa’s Gift Pack which may be redeemed at any Scene to Believe Christmas photo activation. Total prize value is $59.95.
5.2. The prize will be delivered electronically or by mail.
6. How to Win
6.1. The prize draw will take place at 11.00am (AEST) on Friday 27 August 2021.
6.2. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will receive a voucher for one (1) Scene to Believe Ultimate Santa’s Gift Pack which may be redeemed at any Scene to Believe Christmas photo activation.
6.3. The winner will be notified by phone on Friday 27 August 2021. The winner’s name will be published on this page of the Scene to Believe Website on Friday 27 August 2021.
6.4. The prize must be claimed by 5pm (AEST) on Friday 3 September 2021. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner prior to this date.
6.5. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday 6 September 2021. Winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by phone and email and published on the Scene to Believe website.
