By submitting an entry to win a $100 Woolworths gift voucher you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the managing editor at Really Simple Money, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
$100 Woolworths gift voucher is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Really Simple Money, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The competition is governed by Australian law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter $100 Woolworths gift voucher , follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn an Additional Entry when you send the entry page to a friend, age 18 or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter through your referral in order to get an additional entry. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
As a condition of entry, entrants must agree to receive mail and/or email newsletters/ brochures from Really Simple Money and Big Splash Media.
Prize-winners will be notified by Really Simple Money via email. They will be notified 4 days after the competition ends. Results will be published on the Really Simple Money Facebook page within the month. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter/ prize will be sent to prize-winner within one month of the winner being decided.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about 4 days after the competition ends by a representative from Really Simple Money whose decision is final. Winners will be notified by email and will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash and non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
