Marco Polo 2021 Terms and Conditions
1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. To be eligible, entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
3. Entrants must be a Sunshine Coast Resident
4. Registration for Marco polo is via the website;
www.hot91.com.au5. The total prize pool consists of prizes totaling over $33,000
• A Plungie MAX pool up to the value of $20,000;
• Poolwerx equipment package up to the value of $3,000; and
• Delivery and installation up to the value of $10,000.
• Fencing Supplied by Protector Aluminum to the size of the pool
6. Winners’ name and photos will be displayed on the Facebook pages for Hot91 after
the competition has been run.
7. Plungie and Hot 91 may use the information supplied by the entrants in the
competition for the compilation of a mailing list.
8. The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and
is binding in honour only.
