1. The competition commences at 12pm (AEDT) on 17/11/2021 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 05/12/2021 (Competition Period). Winner will be decided on 06/12/2021 at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW.
2. Entries open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of Appliances Online are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
3. Information on the offer and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. Entrants (including winners) in the Competition may enter multiple projects during the Competition Period.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Appliances Online Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Appliances Online is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
8. The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result.
9. There is 1 (one) winner, which may be subject to change. Appliances Online’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be notified by Appliances Online by 06/12/2021 via an email from an Appliances Online representative. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact Appliances Online by email or phone within two (2) days of being notified they are a prizewinner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Appliances Online reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prizes will consist of a Smeg 50s Retro Kettle, 2 Slice Toaster, Juicer, Coffee Machine, Coffee Grinder, all in the colour of their choice, plus a $500 Appliances Online Gift Card, with the total prizes valued at $2,145. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If the prize is not claimed by 08/12/2021, another Winner will be decided at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
15. All decisions of Appliances Online are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
16. Appliances Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. 20. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that Appliances Online may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Appliances Online may publish or
cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
