Who can enter?
Only Australian (excl. NT) residents who are aged 18 or over.
Promoter’s employees and their immediate families (excluding directors, officers and management committee) are permitted to enter, however are only eligible to win low value prizes which include SipCoin, Free Product and e-vouchers. Promoter’s employees are not eligible to win the grand prize, physical prizes and experiences.

Where will the competition run?
The competition will run across the digital BWS on tAPP application (BWS on tAPP) in the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA (National).
Entry instructions
To enter, during the Competition Period, you must:
1) download and install BWS on tAPP on your smart phone;
2) follow the instructions in BWS on tAPP to register your details and provide all requested information including accepting the terms and conditions of the promotion in the on-boarding screens; and
3) each day, locate the Cooler in BWS on tAPP and swipe the screen to see if you have won an instant prize and to receive 1 entry into the grand prize draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, each 'swipe' on the Cooler is considered 1 entry for an instant win prize and 1 entry into the grand prize draw.
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry or downloading the BWS on tAPP application. Use of BWS on tAPP is subject to any terms and conditions of use, as varied from time to time, and as available via BWS on tAPP.
Bonus Entries/Swipes
Bonus Entries/Swipes (i.e. more shots to swipe the Cooler) will be made available as follows:
You will receive 1 Bonus Entry/Swipe when you swipe the cooler 5 consecutive days in a row.
The Promoter may also provide consumers with opportunities to obtain Bonus Entries on any day/s during the Competition Period from time to time via various other mechanisms, as notified by the Promoter to consumers.
Once you receive a Bonus Entry/Swipe, you will have 24 hours (within the Competition Period dates only) to access it (i.e. by locating the cooler in BWS on tAPP and swiping the screen). If you do not access your Bonus Entry within 24 hours (or during the Competition Period), it will expire.
For the avoidance of doubt, Bonus Entries/Swipes are for instant win prizes only.
There are bonus entries available for the grand prize draw via SipCoin redemption – see 'Grand Prize Bonus Entries' section below.
How are instant win prize/s awarded?
There are at least 2,209,821 instant win prizes to be awarded. Instant win prizes will be awarded based on a 1:2 ratio (i.e. 1 in 3 entries will win an instant prize) during the Competition Period. The Promoter may increase the number of instant win prizes available in order to ensure this ratio is upheld during the Competition Period.
Instant win prizes will be awarded as selected by a computerised random system at Compco Retail Marketing Pty Limited (ABN 95 627 560 285) T/As Compco Digital – 18/198 Young Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 (Compco Digital).
Once you swipe the Cooler, you will get a return on-screen message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have won an instant prize. If you win an instant prize, it will appear in the prize wallet in BWS on tAPP ready to be redeemed.
To redeem your instant win prize/s, visit your wallet in BWS on tAPP and select 'Redeem'. You will then be asked to confirm your email and will be sent an email from the Promoter with details on how to redeem your instant win prize either via BWS on tAPP or as otherwise relevant to the instant prize you win. Once a prize is redeemed from within BWS on tAPP (i.e. once you hit the 'Redeem' button), prizes awarded will have varying expiry/redemption dates.
SipCoins and Free Product prizes
SipCoins and Free Product prizes will expire within 14 days of winning, and can only be redeemed through BWS on tAPP while you are in a BWS store (or via pick up or delivery services and showing BWS staff in store your prize barcode in BWS on tAPP).
Other prizes
All e-vouchers (THE ICONIC, Ampol, Kogan, Menulog, Adrenaline, Booking.com, Curatif and Vodka Cruiser online merch store) and the Patrón EFTPOS card must be redeemed by 12.01am (AEDT) 31/03/2022.
All physical prizes and experience prizes appearing in your prize wallet in BWS on tAPP must be redeemed within BWS on tAPP by 12.01am (AEDT) 31/03/2022.
All physical/selected experience prizes (depending on the type of prize) will be delivered to your nominated email or residential address that you provided at the time of entering and/or claiming your prize. The Promoter is not responsible if you have provided incorrect delivery address/email details and if so, any right to a prize will be forfeited. Prizes will not be delivered to a PO Box. Residential and business addresses only. Despatch of a prize to you constitutes fulfilment of the Promoter’s obligation to award the prize to you, and so far as permissible by law the Promoter is not responsible for any delays, failures or missed deliveries for any reason.
All prize fulfilment will be managed and/or facilitated by The Zoo Republic Pty Ltd (ABN 37 930 738 203), Level 2, 137 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 Australia, (02) 8437 8400 on behalf of the Promoter, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Grand Prize Bonus Entries
When you redeem a SipCoin (of any value) within 14 days of winning via BWS on tAPP as a pick up or delivery order, you will receive 5 bonus entries into the grand prize draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Grand Prize Bonus Entries is per SipCoin redeemed, not per the dollar value of the SipCoin (for example, redeeming a $10 SipCoin gives you 5 bonus entries into the grand prize draw, not 10 bonus entries).
Grand prize - how will the winner be chosen?
There will be 1 grand prize winner determined in respect of this competition.
The grand prize winner will be determined via a draw.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEDT) on 24/03/2022 at Compco Digital.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including all valid Grand Prize Bonus Entries and instant win prizes winning entries) will win the grand prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or the grand prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are at least 2,209,821 instant win prizes available (as detailed in the prize table below) and 1 grand prize available.
Available instant win prizes vary depending on your state of residence as outlined in the instant win prize table below.
Promoter's employees can only win low value prizes, which include SipCoin, Free Product and e-vouchers only. Prize exclusions for Promoter's employees are the grand prize, physical prizes and experiences.
Free Product liquor prizes are not available to NSW residents due to liquor law limitations. NSW residents can only win non alcoholic Free Product.
Physical prizes, e-vouchers, and selected experiences must be redeemed by 12.01am (AEDT) 31/03/2022 and if any such prizes that are not redeemed by then you will no longer be able to access that prize. These prizes will be deemed unclaimed and will be forfeited from the prize pool.
If SipCoins or a Free Product prize is not redeemed/activated in BWS on tAPP within 14 days of winning you will no longer be able to access that prize and the prize will be re-injected into the prize pool (during the Competition Period).
All un-won instant win prizes (excluding SipCoin and Free Product prizes) will roll over to the second chance draw (for unclaimed/unwon instant win prizes).

Where alcohol is available as part of an experience prize, it will be served in line with the responsible service of alcohol guidelines carried out by the venue/outlet staff and management. The Promoter is not responsible for how a venue/outlet conducts and executes its responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Venue/outlet staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner/s or their companion/s if they are deemed to be inebriated.
Free Products
Product availability per store may vary, as some BWS stores may not carry all lines. Some Free Products are state specific (meaning they are only available in some, not all states, as indicated in the table above). You are only able to claim the Free Product prize for the product won (no replacement product offered). Eligible products will be dependent on prize availability at store at time of prize redemption.
SipCoins
SipCoins operate as a money off voucher that can be redeemed against certain brand products and lines (see table below). Customers can win 4 different types of SipCoin for the following categories: beer, wine, spirits or premix. SipCoins are not interchangeable across categories (i.e. you cannot redeem a beer SipCoin for a wine product). SipCoins come in $5, $7 or $10 denominations. SipCoins are only redeemable through BWS on tAPP when you visit a BWS store or for delivery or pick up in store via Click & Collect (see below). Maximum of 1 SipCoin can be used per category, per transaction. SipCoins are not stackable (i.e. cannot be combined used together to increase the value of the discount). No more than $10 worth of SipCoins may be applied per transaction and in all transactions the SipCoin value applied cannot be equal to or greater than a discount that exceeds 50% off the regular or sale price of the product/s. SipCoins cannot be redeemed on single bottles/cans of beer, cider, premix or wine or spirits below 700ml.
SipCoins are not refundable. If an online order is cancelled, or you are returning a purchase in store, you will receive a refund for the dollar amount you spent in cash, credit or otherwise. SipCoins will not be refunded or returned to your BWS on tAPP wallet.
To redeem SipCoins and Free Product prizes in-store, you need to ‘activate’ in BWS on tAPP your chosen SipCoin or Free Product prize. You should only ‘activate’ the prize within BWS on tAPP once you are physically in a BWS store (with mobile data or WiFi connected), as you'll have only 60 minutes from 'activating' to redeem the prize before it disappears from BWS on tAPP (and cannot be reversed/honoured thereafter). Once you've activated the prize there will be a barcode that appears in BWS on tAPP for that prize, select your product from shelf and take it to the counter, have the cashier scan both the product and your barcode in BWS on tAPP to redeem the prize. The prize barcodes are single use only and once scanned cannot be used again. Promoter not liable if your WiFi connectivity or mobile data drops out during the activation period.
SipCoin and Free Products can also be redeemed via BWS on tAPP for delivery or pick up in store via Click & Collect. There is a $10 fee for delivery services, with a minimum spend of $30 to qualify. Pick up orders placed via BWS on tAPP redeeming a SipCoin or Free Product can check out with $0 order. BWS pickup and delivery are subject to the terms and conditions available at bws.com.au/help/terms-and-conditions and bws.com.au/help/delivery.
Delivery is not available in stores falling within or near Dry Zone locations within North West Western Australia. These include Broome (Boulevard S/C), Port Hedland, Geraldton, Geraldton South (Seacrest), Derby, Wickham, Camarvon, Karratha and Wintersun Drive. Delivery is only available from stores that currently offer this service.

If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. By entering, you consent to receive email, SMS messages or in-app messages within BWS on tAPP from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Entry
2. Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the Promoter's property. You will receive an on-screen message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes
3 . Prizesand all elements of prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter as stated in the Schedule above, and/or otherwise includes, as relevant:
(a) validity period/s;
(b) booking and availability of accommodation and events;
(c) conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, COVID safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
(d) conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
(e) travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
(f) any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
(g) the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required; and
(h) a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.
4. You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to any prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter does not control entry to any relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share any prize.
6. Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of any prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Similarly, while the Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified ambassador/celebrity/ies in any prize element/s, the Promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the ambassador/celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness). Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.
General
7. Any failure by you or (if applicable) your companion/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
8. For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion/s accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
9. You/your companion/s must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
10. If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if any prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
11. You must not:
(a) tamper with the entry process;
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
(e) breach any law; or
(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
12. If companion/s can take a prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any or all of your companion/s if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
13. If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
14. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
15. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
16. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities. 17. By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
18. Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
19. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify
