READ 2 RIDE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HOW TO ENTER
Entry into the competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who hold a current subscription to Club Marine Magazine at the time of each prize draw.
The Promoter is Club Marine Limited of 40 Esplanade, Brighton Victoria 3186, phone 1300 00 2582, ABN 12 007 588 347.
Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid entry.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entry into the competition is automatically provided to all holders of a current Club Marine Magazine subscription at the time of each prize draw who are eligible as set out above; and
There is only one (1) entry made per Club Marine Magazine subscription;

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion commences at 9.00 am (AEDT) on 29 November, 2021 and closes at 5.00 pm (AEDT) on 31 October, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
4. PRIZE DRAW
The winners of the four (4) draws will be randomly selected by a representative of the Promoter from a computer-generated listing of all eligible entries over the Promotion Period. Each of the four (4) draws will comprise of a single winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The draws will take place as follows:
The first draw will take place on Monday 21 February, 2022 at 10.00 am (AEDT) at Club Marine Limited, 40 Esplanade, Brighton VIC 3186
The second draw will take place on Monday 16 May, 2022 at 10.00 am (AEDT) at Club Marine Limited, 40 Esplanade, Brighton VIC 3186
The third draw will take place on Monday 8 August, 2022 at 10.00 am (AEDT) at Club Marine Limited, 40 Esplanade, Brighton VIC 3186
The fourth draw will take place on Monday 31 October, 2022 at 10.00 am (AEDT) at Club Marine Limited, 40 Esplanade, Brighton VIC 3186

1ST DRAW
2022 Sea-Doo GTR 230 with trailer, delivery, registration and 12-months Club Marine pleasure craft insurance.
One (1) Sea-Doo GTR 230 valued at AU$20,409.00
Club Marine will provide a trailer, delivery and registration expenses up to the value of AU$3,000.00. Club Marine will provide a 12-month pleasure craft insurance policy to be applied to the jet-ski up to the value AU$1,500.00.
2ND DRAW

6. PRIZE VALUE
The total value of the prizes to be awarded during the Promotion Period is valued at AU$99,636.00. Values are accurate as at the date of publication of these terms and conditions. Prize specifications are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Prize suppliers. All prizes include GST.
7. NOTIFICATION
The Prize Winners will be notified in writing and telephone of their win and how to claim the prize by; (1st draw) by 5pm on 21 February 2022, (2nd draw) by 5pm on 16 May 2022, (3rd draw) by 5pm on 8 August 2022, and (4th draw) by 5pm on 31 October 2022.
The prize Winners will be promoted on the Club Marine website for 28 days from (1st draw) by 5pm on 21 February 2022, (2nd draw) by 5pm on 16 May 2022, (3rd draw) by 5pm on 8 August 2022, and (4th draw) by 5pm on 31 October 2022.
8. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If any prizes remain unclaimed after three (3) months from the original draw date, another entry will be drawn: (1st draw) 3pm on 23 May 2022, (2nd draw) 3pm on 16 August 2022, (3rd draw) 3pm on 8 November 2022, (4th draw) 3pm on 31 January 2023. The Prize Winners will be promoted on the Club Marine website for 28 days from the redraw date.
9. PERMISSIBLE BY LAW
To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitation the Prize Winners, release the Promoters from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with the Prize or their participation in the Promotion. The Promoters, their related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition, or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters exclude liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
In the event that the prize is not available strictly as advertised and published through no fault of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to offer an alternative prize of similar content, description and value, or offer the Prize Winner a payment equal to the value of the original prize as published and advertised subject to the regulative authority.
10. INFORMATION COLLECTED
By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of their information by the Promoters. Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the finance and insurance industries from the Promoters or from companies in the finance and insurance industries in which the Promoters hold shares.
