The Competition commences at 9:00am local time on 1st January 2022 and closes at midnight local time on 31st March, 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 14 years or over except employees of Baskin-Robbins and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
ENTRY MECHANIC
To enter, entrants must during the competition period perform these actions:
Open the “Mini-Puft Mayhem” AR Game via the QR Code in Baskin-Robbins stores, on packaging or by visiting minipuftmayhem.com.au
Allow camera access to enable the AR game.
Follow the prompts to catch all 5 Mini-Puft Ghosts (the last 2 ghosts can only be caught in Baskin-Robbins stores)
Submit their contact details and answer the question, “If you were a ghost, what would your spooky ghost name be?”
ENTRY LIMIT
Multiple entries permitted.
JUDGING
All eligible entries received by the Promoter during the Competition Period will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges by 15th April 2022 at the Promoter’s premises to determine winners in the Competition. All eligible entries will be judged on a basis of originality and creative merit.
MAJOR PRIZE DETAILS
Package is based on 4 people sharing a room.
Q Station Manly Ghost Trackers is every Friday and Saturday night from 6pm (7pm daylight savings). Recommended for children aged 8 years and over. All bookings must include a child aged 8-14 years and children must be accompanied by an adult. No adult only groups.
Winner will be required to provide their bank account details including name of account, account number and BSB for the eft transfer (for the cost of the dinner at Boilerhouse Restaurant & Bar.)
Dates of travel must be confirmed within 45 days of notification of winning prize.
All prize inclusions are subject to availability during winners’ choices of travel dates. If a particular element is unavailable, then a replacement to the same value will be provided.
Unless otherwise stated, winner and guest/s are to make their own way to and from all prize inclusions.
All elements including flights, accommodation and experiences are subject to availability at time of booking. There is no cash alternative. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Not to be taken over Australian Public or National holiday periods.

Travel must be completed within 12 months of winner notification of prize.
Winner will be required to produce credit card upon check in to hotel for incidentals. This is mandatory.
One winner must be over 18years of age. If the winner is under 18 years of age, then guest must be his/her guardian.
Winner and his/her guests are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
Airline tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.

Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
Any changes to the prize package made by the winner will be subject to a $250 excluding GST administration fee.
Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
