Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
1 - Phone Entry
During the Promotion Period, any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via phone
(as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air
announcer at the time of entry) will receive one (1) entry into the Draw (subject to the Entry Restrictions
below).
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may conduct bonus entry days (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer at the time of contesting) where any person who participates in an on-air segment on a Station via phone will receive bonus entries into the Draw as outlined by the Promoter on-air (subject to the Entry Restrictions below).
For the avoidance of doubt, up to one hundred and fifty (150) Phone Entrants per day from each Eligible State may be placed into the Draw.

2 - Nova Player App Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants may enter the Promotion by downloading the Nova Player App, registering their details and fully completing the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required.
Subject to the Maximum Number of Entry requirements outlined above, all valid entries received (one (1) per person) during the Promotion Period via the Nova Player App Entry will be placed into the Draw,
as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
The Draw
In accordance with the Draw Details below, the Promoter will:
(a) conduct the Draw;
(b) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the Draw on their Personal Contact Number
(Selected Entrant);
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize (in the absolute and
sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or
they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Draw (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
(e) this process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (c) above.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number) between 4.00 and 6.00PM AEST on Friday 29 April 2022 in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method. If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the entrant’s voicemail message
