a) purchase any Participating Product from a Coles Supermarket or
www.coles.com.au ("Participating Venues"); and
b) follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, full address and state/territory of residence) and upload a scanned copy or receipt for the qualifying transaction.
Entrants will be notified immediately upon entry form submission whether or not they have won an instant win prize. All entries will also be automatically entered into the Major Prize Draw.
Proof of Purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
