Purchase a Scotts Lawn Builder Weed, Feed & Green-Up 3-in-1 Hose-On 2 Litre between 3 March and 25 April 2022 at any Flower Power Garden Centre, or online at flowerpower.com.au, for your chance to win 1 of 10 Husqvarna LC219P Lawn Mowers.
Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is being run by Flower Power Pty Ltd (ABN: 13 000 557 460), 40 Grady Crescent, Erskine Park, New South Wales, 2759 (‘Promoter’).
2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition commences at 12.01am AEDST on Thursday 3 March 2022 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 25 April 2022 (‘Promotional Period’).
4. Entry is open to all current Flower Power Garden Lovers Club members who:
a. Have a valid email address or mobile number registered under their membership; and
a
. Have purchased a Scotts Lawn Builder Weed, Feed & Green-Up Hose-On 2 Litre using their membership card at any Flower Power Garden Centre, or online at flowerpower.com.au, during the promotional period.
5. Entry is not open to employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related companies or a preferred supplier of the Promoter, and any agencies or suppliers associated with this promotion, and their immediate families (including spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child, or sibling, whether full, half, step or by adoption).
6. Multiple entries are permitted but are limited to one entry per member, per day.
7. Any duplicate entries will be removed and one valid entry per member, per day, will remain.
8. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s membership status and in-store or online purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions of entry.
9. Prize – ten (10) winners will each receive a Husqvarna LC219P Lawn Mower valued at $735. Total prize pool is valued at $7,350.
10. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize and is not transferable.
11. Ten (10) lucky winners will be drawn using a computer-generated random picker on Monday 2 May 2022.
12. The Winners will be advised by phone and/or email no later than Friday 6 May 2022. Each Winner has until Tuesday 31 May 2022 to claim their prize, or it will be forfeited.
13. Each Winner must provide photo ID matching the name registered under their membership before the prize can be awarded. This can be done via email or in-store to receive the prize.
14. The Promoter may request to take photos of the winner with the prize to promote in various marketing materials and channels including, but not limited to, the Promoter’s website, Facebook, Instagram, marketing emails and printed newsletters without additional compensation or prior notice and, by entering the competition, all entrants consent to the use of these photographs.
15. Winners will be published on the Flower Power website
www.flowerpower.com.au for a period of 30 days.
16. The competition is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Flower Power.
