The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be substantially unique; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The judging will take place at the Promoter’s office, Suite 3.02, Level 3, 19 Harris Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 at 3:00PM AEDT on the dates specified in the table below. The judges may select additional reserve entries, which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified via email and names will be published on the National Product Review competition page.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on how creative and original the answer is.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Upon accepting the prize, the winner agrees to write a review of the product on
www.nationalproductreview.com within 90 days of receiving the prize. Should they fail to provide a review, the promoter reserves the right to take back the prize.
Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into the Promotion will open at 09:00AM AEDT on the 21/03/2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT 28/03/2022.
If for any reason a winner does not respond to the Promoter with 10 business days or take / redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
