By entering and participating in this (“Contest”), you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that Entrant satisfies all of the eligibility requirements below.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to people who are legal residents of Australia and New Zealand (the “Territory”) and 18 years old or above as of the date of entry.

The officers, directors, and employees of Logitech and its parent companies, and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Logitech”) and all advertising, promotion and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Contest (collectively the “Contest Parties”) and immediate family members or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate at this Contest.
Entrant bears all costs of participating in this Contest including, but not limited to, any internet connection fees.

THE PROMOTER
Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Ltd (the “Promoter”), owner of the Logitech G trademark, with its registered address at The Woolstores Alexandria, Suite 2 01A, Shed 72, 4F, Huntley Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Australia, will promote and operate the Contest.

For Australia participants, subject to eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 : entrants shall purchase one (1) Logitech G product solely and exclusively from the participating retailers (“Australian Participating Retailers”) as defined in the Schedule during the Contest Period as defined below in order to participate in the Contest. The prizes available for each Australian Participating Retailer are defined in the Schedule.

For New Zealand participants, subject to eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1: entrants shall purchase one (1) Logitech G or one (1) Astro product solely and exclusively from any authorized New Zealand retailer of Logitech G or Astro products.

Entrants may only claim one (1) Prize per order (irrespective of the number of eligible products purchased) and per email address. This Offer cannot be combined with other,
simultaneously running offers from Promoter (except from the ANZ Social Gaming Month Contest).
