Entry into the ‘Win a $1000 Shopping Spree’ Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter:
Shoppers make a single purchase in store at any participating Sapphire Marketplace retailer during the promotional period. Scan the QR code located at the retail store point of sale and click on the link. Complete the details on the entry form to enter the draw.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9am 4 April until 8am 26 April 2022.
Conditions of Entry
Purchases must be made within the Promotional Period
Entry is only open to New South Wales residents.
This promotion does not apply to Management and staff of Sapphire Marketplace or Contractors of the above organisations.
This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating stores at the Sapphire Marketplace and the agencies associated with this Promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entry and to disqualify any customer who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
Participants can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period provided they have a different valid receipt for each entry.
Winners are not eligible to win future draws in this competition.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet, networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as part of this promotion.
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

Prizes
Each winner will receive $1000 in Sapphire Marketplace gift cards
The prize winners will be notified by email or telephone and must complete a prize declaration form upon receipt of prize when collected from Sapphire Marketplace Management Office
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at random online, after 9am Tuesday 10 May 2022.
Winners will be published on the Sapphire Marketplace Facebook page and Instagram Account.
Liability
The Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any additional amount or GST incurred by using the Gift Cards is not the responsibility of the promoter.
