1. Employees of The Littl or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter or win the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

This competition is a game of chance. To enter, participants must have commented on The Littl's giveaway post. The more entries, the more chance of winning. Entries must be received between Monday 21st of March 2022 and 31st May 2022, 11:59pm AEDT.5. Closing date for entry will be 31st May 2022, 11:59pm AEDT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. Winner will be drawn by The Littl's marketing team on the 1st June, 2022.
10. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or via email, and may be publicly announced on The Littl's Instagram page. The promoter from The Littl will ask for the winner to provide their full name, email, phone number and address. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 months of notification, The Littl reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. There is 1 x winning prize to be won. The prize pool is valued at $1,440.
12. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability of stock and The Littl reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
