2. Information on prizes and how to enter forms these Terms of Conditions to Entry.
This giveaway prize includes 1x pastel green Moccamaster.
3. By entering all giveaways run by Axil Coffee Roasters, entrants accept the stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry to this competition is open to Australian residents only. Entry excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoters and related companies.
5. Entrants must answer all competition questions and fulfill competition requirements to qualify for entry. Entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified competition closing date(s).
6. Entrants agree that entry to the competition includes being added to Axil Coffee Roasters automated mailing list and database and other databases of other Axil brands.
7. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
8. The competition will commence on 22nd of April, 12 pm AEST and close on Friday 6th May, 4pm AEST, close of business.
9. The winner will be randomly selected and announced at 48 Lynch Street, Hawthorn, 3122 and contacted on the subsequent business day via email and/or Instagram DM. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize or cannot be contacted within the first 24hrs, the prize will be redrawn.
10. The judges’ decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize(s) are not redeemable with any other offer or exchangeable for any other product and/or service.
12. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
13. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The prize winner(s) are advised that tax or duty implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to see independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
15. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of that prize will be forfeited.
16. The prize winner(s) agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of prize from the date the winner(s) are drawn. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner(s). The Promoter and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
