PARTICIPATION
1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of The Design Files and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
4. The competition commences at 06:00 (AEDT) on Monday, April 18th 2022 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Sunday, May 1st (“Competition Period”).
5. The winner will be selected and contacted on Monday, May 2nd 2022, via email.
6. The selected winner will receive:
An item from every featured brand: a Como SC53 Portable Table Lamp by &Tradition from Cult; Scallop Vase, The Arrangement Collection by Robert Gordon; Zoe Medium Jewellery Box by Country Road; and books BuildHer, Plantopedia, and Colour Is Home published by Thames & Hudson
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
8. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period:
– Complete the form, opt-in to The Design Files daily or weekly mailing list, opt-in to the Mother’s Day brands mailing lists if desired (optional), enter your name and email address and tell us in 25 words or less your favourite memory with your Mum. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in this competition.
9. The winner will be notified by email by The Design Files. It is a condition of entry that The Design Files has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.
10. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by The Design Files, then the prize will be forfeited.
