2022 Terms and Conditions
1. The competition commences at 12pm (AEDT) on 29/04/2022 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 06/05/2022 (Competition Period). Winners will be decided on 09/05/2022 at Winning Appliances, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents in all States. Employees (and their immediate families) of Winning Appliances are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
3. Information on the offer and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. The competition is open to new subscribers of the Winning Appliances newsletter only. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have canceled their subscription in the last 40 days will not be eligible.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Winning Appliances Website and in the email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Winning Appliances is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Winning Appliances is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
8. The Competition is a game of chance and skill has no effect on the overall result.
9. There is 1 (one) winner, which may be subject to change. Winning Appliances’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winner will be notified by Winning Appliances by 09/05/2022 via a Winning Appliances representative. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each prize. If the winner does not contact Winning Appliances by phone or via email within two (2) days of being notified they are a prizewinner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Winning Appliances reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prize will consist of one Miele Silence Benchtop Automatic Coffee Machine - CM5310, in either red or black (RRP $1599)(colour must be selected by the winner upon acceptance of the prize) and Missoni Bathrobe in either size S, M, L (size must be selected by the winner upon acceptance of the prize)(Prize). The Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. If the prize is not claimed by 11/05/2022, another Winner will be decided at Winning Appliances, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Winning Appliances relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
15. Winning Appliances does not guarantee that the winner will receive the Prize on or before Mother’s Day 8 May 2022. The winner acknowledges that components of the prize may arrive separately and delivery of the Prize may be impacted by possible delays depending on the location of the winner’s nominated delivery address.
16. All decisions of Winning Appliances are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

Winning Appliances reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Winning Appliances to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Winning Appliances reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Winning Appliances (including its Related Bodies Corporate, their officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Winning Appliances’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered,damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Winning Appliances; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) acceptance or use of a prize.
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Winning Appliances. Winning Appliances collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of product registration, each entrant agrees that Winning Appliances may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that Winning Appliances may publish or
cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant legislation.
