Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Sports Entertainment Network Pty Ltd (ABN 63 129 637 378) of Level 5, 111 Coventry Street, Southbank, VIC 3006, telephone number (03) 7035 3400 (“Promoter”).
Entry is only open to individuals located in Australia.
Directors, management and the employees of the Promoter, retailers and suppliers associated with this Promotion and the immediate family members of those individuals are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promotion will commence on 07/05/2022 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 15/05/2022
(“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must enter the microsite and complete the following entry methods during the Promotional Period:

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one entry per person is deemed valid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The random electronic draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 16/05/2022 at Sports Entertainment Network Level 5, 111 Coventry Street, Southbank, VIC 3006. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry is drawn.
The winner will be notified by direct phone via the phone number provided on entry. The winner must respond to claim the prize by 12:00pm AEST on 20/05/2022.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The one randomly selected valid entry, as determined by the random selection, will win one (1) surf sessions for one (1) hour surf session with Callum Robson between September and December 2022. The Promoter will do everything they can to provide a time and location that works for all parties but must work with Callum Robson’s availability.
Individual winner’s prize pool is valued at AUD $3,000.
Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize is valid for 2022 only.
The Prize does not include any travel or accommodation and it is the winner’s responsibility to get to the agreed location.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
