Entrants
Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Exclusions
Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees and any person involved in the management of any organisation which will benefit from the Competition.
Entry Period
Starts at 09:00 AEST on 16/06/22 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 21/06/22.

Prize Determination
Between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST on 22/06/22.
Notification
The Winner will be contacted by email within one (1) business day of the Prize Determination.
Claim Period
Within 1 business day from the date of Notification.
Prize
· 1 x double pass to the ‘Thor: Love & Thunder’ Premiere in Sydney on 27/06/22 at 7:30pm AEST at Hoyts EQ in Sydney.
$1,000 cash (awarded via EFT);
· Return economy flights for two people (if the Winner is not a resident of NSW); and
· One-night accommodation on 27/06/22 for two people in a twin-share room at a Sydney hotel selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion (if the Winner is not a resident of NSW).

Prize Conditions
1. In order to receive the Prize, the Winner must have provided the Promoter with a valid email, first name and last name (as shown on the Winner’s valid identification), date of birth, mobile number, full address and state/territory of residence at Entry.
2. In order for the cash element of the prize to be awarded, the Winner must provide their bank account details to the Promoter by providing the Promoter with a completed bank details form, which will be provided to the Winner on 22/6/22. The bank account provided must be an Australian bank account and the Winner must be the account holder of such bank account.
3. The Promoter may take up to 30 business days from date of Notification to transfer the cash element of the prize to the Winner's nominated bank account.
4. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the Winner does not, once the Prize has been booked, take the Prize (or an element of the Prize) at the time stipulated, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
Travel and accommodation conditions:
5. The Prize is subject to availability.
6. The travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, but will be shared with the Winner by no later than 24/06/22.
7. The Winner and his/her travel companion must depart from, and return to, the same point of departure and travel together for the duration of the trip.
8. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with using the Prize including costs associated with:
A. obtaining suitable travel insurance for the trip;
B. meeting all government, consular, health and travel requirements applicable to the destination (including obtaining a valid passport, vaccinations and entry visas); and
C. taxes, meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money.
9. Frequent flyer points cannot be earned on any flights included in the Prize.
10. Any non-flight or airline associated taxes or charges meals, transfers, flights, accommodation, sightseeing or other activities, and spending money will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
11. The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for meeting all travel and health requirements for any interstate travel. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion to check with all government health authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, expenditure or inability to travel as a consequence of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
12. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety or other conditions at the destination and recommends that the Winner consult the web site of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (
http://www.smartraveller.gov.au/) for travel and consular advice before embarking on international travel.
13. If the Prize cannot be provided as intended due to any COVID 19-related restrictions or guidelines, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternate prize in lieu or extend the travel period.
14. The Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card imprint or cash deposit at check-in for the purpose of covering incidental or other charges at the hotel.
15. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the description of the Prize in these Terms and Conditions, the Prize does not include the cost of telephone calls, internet access, breakfast, in-room dining, in-room movies, mini bar, gratuities or any other costs or expenses incurred by the Winner, his/her travel companion and/or any of their guests at the hotel.
