Terms And Conditions
This promotion is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions.
Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
This promotion runs from 7 June, 2022 until midnight 21 June, 2022.
One entry per person.
Prize includes 2 free nights free accommodation at Seahaven Noosa Resort.
Cost of travel to and from Seahaven Noosa Resort is not included in the prize.
There is only one prize to be won.
Only the winner can receive the prize.
Prize cannot be substituted for any other items, including gift vouchers.
The promoters accept no responsibility for the winner not being able to claim the prize.
All entrants must be over 18 years of age, however prize recipients (including families) can be of any age.
An eligible entry includes the following steps:
Access the entry form on the competition webpage.
Correctly complete all details and required fields.
Submit the entry form.
The winner will be selected by the promotor, at the promotors discretion on 22 June, 2022.
The draw result is final and no discussion will be entered into.
This competition is open to Australian residents only.
The winner will be notified by phone or email within 1 day of the prize draw.
If the winner has not claimed the prize within 1 day of the draw, a re-draw will take place and the prize will be forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason.
The winner must book their stay within one year of the prize draw and cannot use the prize to book a stay during any school holiday or peak period.
The promoters reserve the right to change details of the prize at any time. Any change in the value of the prize during the entry period and the date the prize is received is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
The promoters may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
The promoters shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense arising out of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize draw including any damage or injury suffered or sustained including personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise. The Promoter does not warrant or represent the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods offered as prizes. Employees and the immediate family of employees of Seahaven Noosa Resort are ineligible to enter.
