1. Entry is open to any person residing in Australia, who is aged 18 years and over.
2. Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 10:00am (AEST) 8 June 2022 – 4 July 2022 (“Promotional Period”).
3. To enter, Eligible Entrants must have a treatment within the Promotional Period, all customers who have a treatment during this period will automatically be added to the draw.
1. Multiple entries are permitted. One entry per daily transaction.
2. There will be 1 draw. The draw will take place on the 11 July 2022 2.00 pm AEDT/AEST and will be announced on a story on Clear Skincare’s Instagram account @clearskincareclinics

6. The winner will be responsible for ensuring travel to and from the selected clinic location.
7. The Prize, or any part thereof, must be accepted as awarded and is non-negotiable, non-transferable to another person and non-convertible to cash or credit. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. All aspects of the Prize must be taken together as a package.
8. The winner acknowledges that the Prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the operators of the clinic and services.
9. Prize validity is 6 months from the date of the applicable draw.
10. Prizes are subject to availability. If any of the prize options are unavailable, for whatever reason, Clear Skincare reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.; the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Clear Skincare then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element.
12. Clear Skincare reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
