Within these terms and conditions: The promotion will run from 01/06/2022 to 30/07/2022. Travel voucher means a $5000 travel voucher from Phil Hoffmann Travel (AU, including GST) which can be redeemed at any Phil Hoffmann Travel Agency or online. Provider means Peter Kittle Toyota, 1459 Main North Road Para Hills West South Australia. ‘Win a $5000 Travel Voucher’ promotion is run on behalf of the Provider. Phil Hoffmann Travel is not affiliated with the Provider in any way.
By entering to Win a $5000 Travel Voucher you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
You are eligible to win the Travel Voucher if:
(a) If you have purchased any pre-owned vehicle from the Provider between 01/06/2022 and 30/07/2022 (Retail Purchases only).
(b) You have filled in the entry card and placed into the raffle box
(c) you permanently reside in the State of South Australia;
(d) you are aged 18 years and over at the time of registration;
(e ) you are eligible for an additional entry if you have purchased a Toyota Certified vehicle.
The provider is the final determinate in relation to the validity of your entry, and eligibility to go in the draw to win.
There will be 1 winner drawn from the raffle box on Saturday, 30th of July 2022 at 5pm
(a) the first name drawn will win 1 x $5000 (AUD, INC GST) Travel Voucher.
Winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 weeks after the promotion has been stopped.
To Collect your prize you need to visit the Provider (Peter Kittle Toyota) at 1459 Main North Road Para Hills West South Australia within 3 weeks of the announcement. You will be asked by the Provider to produce a Driver’s Licence or Proof of Age card and valid email address when collecting your prize. If you do not have a Driver’s Licence or Proof of Age card, staff at the Provider's location will ask for details such as date of birth and proof of address to verify your eligibility. The winner agrees to have a photo taken which the Provider will use for a social media post. The Provider has the right to choose another winner if the initial winner fails to attend the Providers location within the given time period or cannot proof their identity. It is important that you do not lose your Voucher. You are only eligible for one voucher.
You must redeem your Travel Voucher during the valid period marked clearly on the voucher. If you have a Voucher that has not been redeemed by the end of the valid Period, the Voucher will automatically expire and you will not be able to redeem it.
The provider(s) are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or liable to provide any replacement value for a Voucher if an eligible resident fails to complete the steps required during the redemption Period to access a Voucher or properly redeem the Voucher within the valid time period.
You are not entitled to: (a) redeem your Voucher for cash; or (b) obtain a refund for the value of the Voucher for a membership with a Service Station.

If the provider decides that you have acted unfairly, dishonestly, or in disruption or harassment then in its sole discretion the provider may elect to revoke your Voucher and otherwise reserves its rights.
The provider reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or amend the competition or these terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time without notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that State.
