Entries into the promotion open on 12.01am (AEST) on 15 June 2022 and close at 11.59pm on 15 August 2022

Entry
Entry is only open to VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA, ACT and NT residents aged 18 years or over who have approved a rental applicant in Ignite during the Promotion Period.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per entry period per customer.
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
Selection of Winner
Electronic draw
The first valid entrant in each state selected by an electronic draw from the pool of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will win a prize. This competition is a game of chance.
Draw
There will be a total of two (2) entry periods conducted for this promotion (each an "Entry Period"). Entries into Entry Period open and close on the dates/times indicated in the table below. All draws will take place at the Promoter’s office, 511 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners’ names will be published at

Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. By entering this promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
Eligibility
2. To enter, entrants must be a VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA, ACT and NT residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The Promoter’s employees, immediate family members of the Promoter’s employees, or employees of any company associated with the promotion will be ineligible to enter this promotion. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to contact entrants to verify their identity, age or place of residence to confirm their eligibility to enter. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entries
5. To enter the promotion, entrants must approve a rental application in Ignite during an Entry Period within Promotion Period. Once this has occurred, entrants will be automatically entered into the draw relevant to the applicable Entry Period.
6. Maximum of one (1) entry permitted per calendar month per customer.
7. Entrants agree that if they are a winner, they consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, voice and/or image in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration in order to promote this promotion and any products or services supplied by the Promoter.
Selection of Winner
8. The winners will be drawn in accordance with the relevant Draw, outlined above. Winners will be notified by email and phone following the draw (within 24 hours). The winner’s name (first name, last initial and city/state of residence) will be published on

9. In the event that a winner is uncontactable by phone and the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries in accordance with paragraph 10 below.
10. If any of the Prizes are not claimed by 19 September 2022, a redraw may take place on 20 September 2022 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner(s), if any, will be notified by email and phone following the draw (within 24 hours).
11. The redraw winner(s), if any, will have their names published on

12. The prize will be delivered by email to each winner.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
14. Entrants will be divided into State groups of NSW (ACT included), VIC, QLD (NT included), SA, WA & TAS. The first valid entry drawn in each State group will each win a prize. There are 12 Deliveroo vouchers to be won, one (1) for each of the six (6) State groups (VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, SA and WA) for each Entry Period of the Promotion Period as detailed above. Each prize consists of a $500 Deliveroo voucher.
15. Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a winner does not take a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, then that prize will be forfeited.
16. Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift voucher itself.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
General
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, including a pandemic, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation.
20. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and if applicable, award the Prize, and may also use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with special offers via any medium including mail and commercial electronic messages. If entrants do not provide the information, individuals should not participate in this promotion. Entrants can opt out of receiving marketing messages from the Promoter at any time.
22. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. The Prize may require winners to accept terms that apply to the use or supply of the Prize (for example terms and conditions attaching to subscription products, gift vouchers, supply of goods, event entry conditions, etc.). The Promoter is not a party to, or does not carry any liability in connection with, any third party terms.
24. These Terms refer to Melbourne time unless otherwise stated.
25. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided in the Competition and Consumer Act. as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in connection with the promotion.
26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
27. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to advertising clients, service providers and prize suppliers. and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will use and handle PI in accordance with its Privacy Policy (about.realestate.com.au/privacy). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia.
28. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Deliveroo and by entering this promotion entrants hereby release Deliveroo from any liability in respect of this promotion.
