Terms and conditions of entry
HOW TO ENTER
1. Receive one entry into the Competition prize draw when you sign up to Beefy’s
Rewards Club at
www.beefys.com.au/rewards-club by 11:59 pm on Thursday 30
June 2022.
2. Existing Rewards Club members will automatically receive one entry into the
Competition prize draw.
THE PRIZES
3. You are entering the Beefy’s 25th Birthday Competition draw for a chance to win one
of 25 Exclusive 25th Birthday Beefy’s Limited Edition Keyrings which will give the
recipient 25% off all Beefy’s products, from 12:01 am on 14 July 2022 until 11:59 pm
on 31 December 2022.
4. You are also entering the runners-up draw for a chance to win one of 250 runners-up
25th Birthday Beefy’s Celebration Keyrings which will give the recipient 10% off all
Beefy’s products, from 12:01 am on 14 July 2022 until 11:59 pm on 31 December
2022.
5. Winners will be announced on 7th July 2022 and contacted via email so that
arrangements can be made to collect your Keyring from your nearest Beefy’s store –
www.beefys.com.au/locations.
6. Suitable photo identification must be shown to Beefy’s staff in store to verify your
identity to collect your Keyring, alongside signing a form upon retrieval.
7. Keyrings must be collected from your nearest Beefy’s store no later than 11:29 pm
on 30 July 2022. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiting of the prize.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE
8. The percentage-off prize applies to all Beefy’s Pies, Sweets and Drinks, including Pie
Packs, Value Meals, and Rewards Club Deals. For example, a Beefy’s Lunch-Size Pie 5-
Pack RRP is $29.95*. At 25% off, it comes down to just $22.50. That’s $4.50 per pie!!

9. The Limited Edition Keyring or Celebration Keyring must be shown in store at the
time of purchase to receive the percentage off.
10. There are no limits on how often you can redeem your percentage-off prize or how
much Beefy’s product you can buy, up until 11:59 pm on 31 December 2022.
11. The prize or any portion is not transferrable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as
cash. No compensation will be offered if the prize winner is unable to take the prize.
12. It is the winner’s responsibility to keep their keyring safe, as no replacements can be
made.
WHO CAN ENTER
13. Entry into the Competition is only open to residents of Australia who:
a. are aged 18 years and over; or
b. are aged under 18 years, who have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent
to enter,
excluding:
c. management, employees, directors, and contractors of Beefy’s, and other
agencies, firms or companies associated with the Competition
d. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child, or sibling of a person referred
to in (c) above
e. person who has used or attempted to use any more than one name to qualify to
win the Competition.
THE FINAL DETAILS
14. Your entry into Beefy’s 25th Birthday competition is deemed as acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
15. Beefy’s reserves the right to disqualify any individual deemed to have breached the
Competition Terms and Conditions or to have engaged in unlawful or improper
misconduct compromising the fair and just running of the competition.
16. Beefy’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Any personal information submitted to Beefy’s will be held in accordance with the
Privacy Act.
