1. Eligibility: entry into this competition is only available to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Ally Fashion employees, family members of employees, and partners of employees are not eligible to participate in this competition. "Family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
2. The competition will open at 12:00am, Friday, 24 June 2022 and will run for a period of thirty Seven (37) days.
3. How to enter: entrants must enter via Facebook, or its related subsidiaries such as Instagram, and complete the appropriate and applicable entry form by 11:59pm Sunday, 31 July2022.
4. Each entrant may only enter the competition once. Multiple entrants will automatically be disqualified from this competition.
5. The Prize: One AUD $1000.00 voucher for Ally Fashion (
https://allyfashion.com) which is redeemable for 36 months from the date of issue
6. The Total Prize Value is $1000 Voucher Australian Dollars and will be offered to a maximum of two (2)seperate winners
7. The Prize is offered by Ally Fashion Pty Ltd (“Ally Fashion”).
8. The Prize is available for use only by residents of Australia and New Zealand.
9. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the value of the voucher. All costs above the value of the voucher are the responsibility of the customer.
10. The winner will be drawn at random within 24 hours of the conclusion of the competition.
11. Notification and claiming the Prize: Following the Prize draw, the winner (“winner” or “customer” or “Winning Entrant”) will be notified by through a public Ally Fashion post published on Facebook and an Ally Fashion story published on Instagram. The winning Entrant will have 48 hours from the time and date of the post being published to provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn, and any previous winners will forego all claims to the Prize.
12. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, Ally Fashion will only publish the winner's name and State/Territory or postcode of residence on any social media and publicity platforms.
13.The Prize voucher is valid until 31 July 2025 (“Expiry Date”. The voucher must be redeemed and exhausted by the Expiry Date, or the voucher is forfeited in full.
14. All purchases made using the voucher must be for Ally Fashion branded products available on the Ally Fashion website (
https://allyfashion.com).
15. All purchases made using the voucher are subject to availability of products by Ally Fashion. Redeeming the voucher entails that all terms and conditions of Ally Fashion will apply, such as terms and conditions relating to returns and refunds.
16. The voucher will be deemed fully used once a qualifying purchase has been made to the value of the voucher using the voucher. The voucher will not be reinstated, refunded, or replaced, even in the event that the purchase made using the voucher is cancelled or changed by the customer.
17. To redeem the voucher, the customer must apply the voucher online at the time of purchase, prior to making the purchase
18. The voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable, or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified
19. The voucher cannot be applied to any miscellaneous fees charged by ALLY FASHION and incurred by the customer.
20. ALLY FASHION is not liable for products out of stock, it’s based on availability and first come first serve.
21. Proof of residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of Ally Fashion.
22. Prize Winners must comply with all the normal terms and conditions connected with Ally Fashion, including, without limitation, our website Terms of Use and any terms and conditions imposed by Ally Fashion. See

24. The voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
