The competition will commence at 09:00 (ACST) on 11/07/22

General Terms and Conditions for the prize
The prize is valid for use for 1 year from date of issue (18/08/22)
The prize does not include nor can the winner redeem any food, transport or miscellaneous expenses.
The prize must be redeemed in full during the validity period. If the winner chooses to partially redeem the prize, you cannot claim unused inclusions at a later date (e.g. if you decide not to go on the heli pub crawl, you cannot claim it 6 months later)
The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, cheques or any other form of currency.
The prize is non-transferable. It is for the competition winners use only and cannot be gifted or sold to a third party.
Prize Draw
The prize will be drawn on 18/08/22 at the NT Unofficial Head Office.
Entries will be exported into an excel spreadsheet for the draw. The number range of entries will be entered into a randomizer which will generate a winner.
Notification of Winners
The prize winner will be notified via phone call and email following the prize draw.
The prize winner’s name will also be published on ntunofficial.com and in other marketing communications on 18/08/22
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NT Unofficial is not responsible or liable for:
Inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information
Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or made other than as directed in the entry instructions
Any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software
Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition
Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition
Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by NT Unofficial, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply of any services by any person to the prize winner, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner
NT Unofficial will not be liable for personal injury suffered as a result of the prize winnings. The prize winner and his/her guests, must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by NT Unofficial and/or its contaractors as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to do so will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner
These conditions do not affect and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of NT Unofficial or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the prize winner cannot be notified or if the prize is not claimed by 24/08/22, a secondary draw will be conducted for the unclaimed prize.
Should this be necessary, the new winner will be notified via telephone and email.
In the event of an unclaimed prize draw, the result will be published on the 24/08/22 via the ntunofficial.com and organically through Facebook and Instagram.
General
The prize winner must consent to the use of their name and image for marketing purposes
If there is an event beyond NT Unofficial’s reasonable control which prevent or hinders the conduct of the promotion or NT Unofficial’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then NT Unofficial is subject to regulatory authority approval may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Further the promoter may at its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
NT Unofficial may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry
NT Unofficial’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
