It’s time to meet the Boss Ladies Of Science.

From Indigenous astronomer Karlie Noonan to Katie Bouman, who developed the algorithm that captured the first ever image of a black hole, Boss Ladies Of Science is all about brilliant female scientists from all around the world.

At the top of their fields of astronomy, quantum physics, neuroscience, vaccinology, primatology and more, boss ladies including Mae Jemison, Merritt Moore, Kiara Nirghin and microbiologist Siouxsie Wiles (left) answer big questions and invent grand solutions.

And every boss lady was once a little kid with a big dream. Let their trials and triumphs inspire you to work hard at what you love and to believe in yourself, no matter whether you fail or succeed.

To celebrate the release of Boss Ladies Of Science through Hachette, we have 15 copies to give away.

To enter, colour in the picture and then ask your parent or carer to take a photograph and email it to funday@sundaytelegraph.com.au.

Please put Boss Ladies in the subject line and fill in the coupon so we can contact you if you are a winner. It also helps to add your details at the top of the email as sometimes Harry the dog finds it hard to read handwriting.

Entries must be in by Thursday so the winners can be published on the Health Hacker page in next week’s Sunday Telegraph.

Harry the dog and the Funday team will only select the best 15 entries to receive the books, so make sure you get creative.
Go for it, give it a tweet!
