Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter the “PUREBABY SUMMER LAUNCH COMPETITION” (Promotion) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the “PUREBABY SUMMER LAUNCH COMPETITION” is deemed as acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Purebaby Pty Ltd ACN 111 171 950 of 135 Cromwell Street Collingwood, Victoria, 3066 (promoter).
The ‘prize/s’ is:
Grand Prize: 1 x $500 Purebaby gift voucher
Runners Up: 5 x $100 Purebaby gift vouchers
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, over the age of 18 years. Employees of Purebaby, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
The Promotion commences at 7:00 PM AEST on Wednesday 20th July 2022 and will remain open until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 14th August 2022.
Purebaby reserves the right to close the competition at any time, without notice.
How to enter:

b. For up to 4 additional entries, you can follow the additional prompts such as ‘view the Tropical Jungle collection’ and ‘follow us on Instagram’.
By completing the steps in clause (a) and (b), you will be entered into the draw to win the grand prize (1x $500 Purebaby Gift Vouchers) or the runners up prize (5x $100 Purebaby Gift Vouchers).
Only entries submitted according to these Terms and Conditions will be accepted.
1. Winners will be selected at random.
2. The Promoter will draw the winners on Monday 15th August 2022.
3. The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winners via their contact details one week of the selection date. In the event that any winner does not reply to Purebaby within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner/s will be selected at random and the original winner/s will be deemed to forfeit any Prize.
4. Where there is an unclaimed Prize, Purebaby will redraw a winner on the 5th of September 2022.
5. The winners will be contacted, and the Prize will be arranged and sent via email.
6. The Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Prize is valid to be redeemed on the dates set out on the face of the Prize.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Purebaby, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
Use of personal information:
(a) By entering the Promotion, entrants’ consent to the Promoter contacting them via email if they are the winner of the Promotion.
Entry also indicates consent to the promoter publishing winner name or initial, and surname on the Purebaby Website.
1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
3. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written direction given under regulation.

5. These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
