2. The Promoter is WeatherBeeta Pty Ltd (ABN 77 006 752 692) of 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131. Ph: 1800 021 980 (Promoter).
3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Duration
4. Entry to the Promotion commences on 01/08/22 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 29/08/22 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to enter
5. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to participate.
6. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia (Eligible Entrants).
7. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent.
8. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid.
9. If any Winner is aged under 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the Winner entering the promotion.
10. WeatherBeeta employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
Entry into the Promotion
12. To Enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps (Entry):

www.weatherbeeta.com.au/competition2) It is a condition of entry that Eligible Entrants agree to subscribe to email marketing communications from WeatherBeeta Dog.
3) One Entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted during the Promotional Period.
13. Entries must be submitted by the Entrant, automated Entries will not be valid.
14. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be considered. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
16. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
Determination of Winners
17. This promotion is a game of chance and Winners will be drawn at random, in accordance with clauses 19 and clause 32 (if applicable).
18. Winners will be picked at 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131 by 12:00pm AEDT 02/09/22.
19. All valid Entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the draw.
20. There will be a total of 5 x Winners.
21. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Prizes
23. The Winners will receive the below:

24. Total prize pool value is RRP $750.00 AUD.
25. Under the Australian Consumer Law, there are some warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or can only be excluded, restricted or modified to a limited extent. The Promoter excludes all warranties and guarantees in relation to the prizes, to the extent allowable under the Australian Consumer Law. Except as otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any defect with the prizes.
26. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
27. If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to select an alternative prize of similar value which will be awarded to the relevant Winner, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the promotion or the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Notification of the Winners
29. The Winner will be notified via the email address supplied as part of their Entry by 5:00pm AEDT 02/09/22.
30. The Winner will be asked to send their details via email.
31. The Winner will be announced via Stories through the WeatherBeeta Dog Instagram account on 05/09/22.
Right of the Promoter to redraw
32. The Promoter reserves the right to re-select a Winner in the event of a Winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so. If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted at 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading 14 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any Winner determined in accordance with this clause will be notified by email within 2 business days of the redraw.
Limitation of liability and variation of promotion
33. Except as otherwise required by law, if any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
34. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or the use of any Prize.
Third party promotion
35. This Promotion may be promoted through third party websites, like Facebook and Instagram. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third-party websites when using them to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with those third-party websites.
