Entries into the Promotion open on 15/08/2022 at 9:00am AEST and close at 11:59pm AEST on 25/09/2022 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must visit the Moccona website and follow the prompts to sign up to the Moccona email subscription.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street, Revesby NSW 2212 on 26/09/2022 at 12:00pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published on

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win:

The next twenty five (25) valid entries drawn will each win a Moccona Indulgence Pack, each valued at $297.85.
As the e-Card is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the e-Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the e-Card is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the e-Card at the time it is issued to the claimant will prevail over these Terms and Conditions, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the e-Card, any delay or failure relating to the e-Card itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the e-Card are not included. Any unused balance of the e-Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the e-Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the e-Card.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause (Clause 20), if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The total prize pool value is $12,744.10. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
