This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Individuals must be Australian residents to be eligible to enter. All entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the entrant entering this promotion.

Each prize pack is valued at $180.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; and/or (c) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The winners will be contacted via direct email and will be asked to provide a contact number, shipping address (physical address required - we cannot post to PO Box’s) and contact details.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. This prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
Any change in value occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter. Any prize that remains unclaimed for more than 48 hours will be forfeited.
