) Eligible Entrants - Entry is open to SPAR, SPAR Express, SUPERSPAR customers who are residents of Australia and over 18
years of age. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of centre management offices, participating
retailers and advertising agencies or production companies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
2) How to Enter - Purchase three (3) Participating Products in a single transaction from any Participating Store.
3) Limits on Entry - Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Entry;
(b) each Qualifying Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. The Promoter may, in its
sole and absolute discretion, offer additional methods of entering into the Promotion during the Promotional Period.
4) Participants Personal Information - Participants personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal
information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter will use this information for future marketing purposes
regarding its products, including contacting the participant electronically. Personal information collected from participants will
not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia
5) Promotional Period - The Promotion commences from 31st August 2022 to 4th October 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
6) Daily Prize Draw - 1)The Main prize draw will be conducted at SPAR Head Office (30 Fox Rd, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110) at
11am on Wednesday the 5th October 2022. 2)There will be one Daily Prize Draw conducted for each day of the Promotional
Period, for a total of 50 draws (“Daily Prize Draws) at SPAR Head Office (30 Fox Rd, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110) at 11am every day.
There will be no draws conducted on weekend or public holiday. Entries in each Daily Prize Draw will NOT be entered into any
subsequent Daily Prize Draws.

9) Total Prize Pool Value - Total prize pool value is up to AUD $30,000. Prize values are correct as at 15/07/2022, but to the
extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time.
10) Notification of Winners - The winners will be notified by mail or telephone to provide proof of purchase and when verified,
the winners will be officially notified in writing. Winners will be published online on the Promotion Website SPAR Australia
website (
www.spar.com.au) for a minimum 28 business days, from the applicable ‘draw date’. Winners of a prize will also have
their surname, first initial and state of residence published in The Australian on the applicable ‘published date’ as stated in the
Table above.
11) Unclaimed Prize - If any prize remains unclaimed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise forfeited,
despite the Promoter making all reasonable efforts to notify a winner or because a winning entry does not comply with these
Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may deem any winner as ineligible to receive the respective prize.
12) Second Chance Draw - If any prize remains unclaimed after 02/12/2022, a Second Chance Draw will be held on 05/12/2022
at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Second chance draw
winners will be notified in writing by email within three (3) business days of the second chance draw (if applicable). Second
chance draw winners will be published online on the Promoter’s Website SPAR Australia website (
www.spar.com.au). Any
second chance draw winners will also have their name and address published in The Australian on 7th December 2022.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry
process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
2. Prizes are not transferable, unless otherwise stipulated.
3. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize items.
4. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss,
or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
6. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as
a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s
control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the
approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion
may recommence this promotion under the same conditions.
7. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant.
8. If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the promotion and the Second Chance Draw date,
that entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately.
9. If consumers are required to purchase a product to enter, then it is a condition of the prize being awarded to the winner that the winner
retain a clear copy of their original receipt (or invoice, where applicable) and provide it to the Promoter as proof of a valid purchase to enter
this promotion.
10. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited
period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
