Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade - Spend and Win Competition
The Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade Spend and Win Competition (Promotion) is being distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV), a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport, of Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782 (Promoter). Select businesses within the Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade area are invited to participate in the Promotion (Trader/s).
To encourage shopping during the Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade and the major works construction period, the Promoter is offering customers who spend at least $10 per transaction at a participating Trader a chance to win a prize. Four prize packs are available to be won:

$1000 voucher booklet redeemable at selected stores
2nd Prize
$200 Coles Express voucher and a free membership at Plus Fitness for one month
3rd Prize
$200 United Petrol voucher and a free membership at F45 for one month

How to enter

Four winners will be randomly drawn on Monday 31 October 2022 (Winners).
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are for all entrants who enter the Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade Spend and Win Competition (Promotion). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV), ABN 69 981 208 782, whose principal office is at Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Individuals).
The following are ineligible to enter
an employee, contracted staff or service providers of the Promoter or Participating Store; or
the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an ineligible employee, contracted staff or service provider.
Promotion Period
This Promotion commences at 12:01am, 26 September 2022 and concludes at 11:59pm, 24 October 2022 (Promotion Period).
How to enter
To enter this Promotion, Eligible Individuals must, during the Promotion Period,
purchase goods or services instore with the minimum value of $10 at a Participating Store; and
submit a completed online entry form, which must include proof of purchase at a Participating Store (Entrant). A customer is not entitled to an Entry for an online purchase.
Conditions of entry
It is a condition of entering the Promotion that Entrants agree:
to the collection of their personal information and the holding of that information in the Promoter’s database for the purpose of this Promotion; and
to the publication of their name as set out in clause 12 of these Terms and Conditions.
to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter
There is no entry or participation cost for customers to participate in the Promotion.
An incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entry will be deemed invalid.
Only one entry will be granted for each transaction of $10 or more, regardless of the total value of the transaction (e.g. for a spend of $10 in a single transaction, one entry will be granted. Similarly, for a spend of $200 in a single transaction, only one entry will be granted).
Draw details
Four Winners will be drawn at random on Monday, 31 October 2022 by an MRPV representative (Draw date), at the 100 Heatherton Road, Narre Warren North VIC 3804.
MRPV will publish the names of the Winners online at
https://bigbuild.vic.gov.au/projects/mrpv/hallam-north-and-heatherton-road-upgrade on 31 October 2022.
If a drawn Winner cannot be identified, an additional Entrant may be drawn and substituted as the Winner.
The decision of MRPV shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner notification
Winners will be advised in writing and be provided with details of how to collect the Prize
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the draw, at a location to be nominated by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with collection of the Prize.
If a Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the draw, MRPV reserves the right to draw a new substitute Winner for that Prize.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
verify the validity of entries (including contacting Participating Stores) and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence); and
disqualify any entrant who:
submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any additional expenses incurred by Winners other than those outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the Winners.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that the Promoter in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Trader.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
