The Competition commences at 5pm, Wednesday 19 October and concludes at 11.59pm, Saturday 19 November 2022 AEDST.
Entry received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid.
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entry into this Competition is only open to persons who are:

Each Eligible Entrant who submits a valid entry form via the competition landing page during the Competition Period will be entered into the draw to win a three-night luxury escape to Lizard Island Resort for 2 people and a $1,000 Trenery Summer wardrobe.
LIMITS OF ENTRY
Only one (1) entry per Entrant is permitted. I.e. entrants may submit one (1) entry form for the competition.
Any Entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid.

PRIZE DRAWS
Prize draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Engage Interactive Pty Ltd, 24 Washpool Crescent Woongarrah NSW 2259, at 3pm AEDST, Monday 21 November 2022. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner (“Winner”).

PRIZE REDEMPTION
Trenery will deliver the $1,000 Trenery E-Gift card to the selected winner by means of Trenery sending the $1,000 E-Gift card to the winner’s email address listed in the Entry Form.
Once the Winner has been selected and accepted the prize, Trenery will advise Lizard Island Resort of the Winner’s name.
The Winner must nominate a 3 night period to redeem the three night luxury escape on Lizard Island Resort between 21 November 2022 and 21 November 2023. The winner will communicate this nominated period to Trenery, who will then arrange with Lizard Island resort. Trenery will, subject to availability, book the accommodation, transfers and flights for the nominated dates or will otherwise liaise with the Winner and the Lizard Island Resort to secure an available date.
SECOND CHANCE DRAW
The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a new winner if:
The Winner cannot be contacted within 60 days of the Prize Drawer; or
The Prize cannot be redeemed by the Winner.
If required, a Second Chance Draw of all valid Entries received within the Competition Period will be drawn at Engage Interactive Pty Ltd, 24 Washpool Crescent Woongarrah NSW 2259, at 3pm AEDST, Friday 20th January 2023 where one second chance winner will be selected.

PRIZE LIMITATIONS
The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize, or element of it, of equal or greater value.
The Winners must be ready, willing, and able to receive and/or participate in the Prize as required by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws enforceable by each state of Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in each state of Australia, and any court hearing appeals from those courts.
