● Kilometre Allowance
○ Metropolitan & Country Locations: Rates include unlimited kilometres
○ Remote Locations (excluding Northern Territory): Rates include 100
kilometres per day. Excess kilometres are charged at 27.5 cents per kilometre
When an Avis vehicle is involved in an accident zero excess is applicable
providing the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of
the rental agreement and the laws of the state. Failure to adhere to the terms
and conditions and laws of the state will result in the renter being responsible
for all damage and costs associated with the vehicle.
● Avis Australia will rent to drivers that present a current full (not A Provisional or
Probationary licence) drivers licence who has held the licence for 12 months. If
foreign licence is in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by
an International Drivers Permit (containing an English translation).
● Additional Driver fees will apply to each individual additional driver - with the
exception of the lead driver’s spouse.
○ AUD $5+GST per day, per additional driver
○ Max charge of AUD $25+GST per additional driver (5 day max charge)

Winner notified by email on Monday 31 October.
Winner will be asked to send the Promoter a reply email to
formally accept the prize, provide proof of age and arrange for delivery of
the Prize.
if the winner does not make contact with the Promoter within 48
hours of notification, or cannot be verified (including where a winner
cannot provide proof of age), or is otherwise unable to accept the Prize,
his/her selection as the Winner may be forfeited and an alternative winner
may be drawn.
