4- Judging Details
Date: Monday 21/11/2022
Time: 11:30 AM (AEST)
Location: BSR Franchising Head office, 18/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.
Judging Criteria: This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity of their entry.
5- Prize conditions
Prize must be used in full on the game date allocated to you (dates specified below by the promoter). In the event a winner does not use the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winners will be selected by the promoter on 21/11/2022. Winner will be notified in writing by email. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Included Flights are from the capital city airport nearest to the Prize winner’s residence. The winner and guests will need to make and pay for their own way to any of their closest capital city. The winners and their guests must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together
If the winner resides within a 150km radius of Brisbane, QLD the airfare component of the prize will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash.
Any expenses not specifically mentioned above as part of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in for security purposes. If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of its prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash, subject to relevant regulatory authority approval
Any and all costs associated with collecting the prize (including but not limited to airfares other than specified, transport and accommodation) are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
All prizes must be claimed within 2 (two) weeks of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be made use of as the promoter sees fit.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Prize Winners will not receive any compensation if actual retail value of prize is less than projected approximate retail value.
The Promoter makes no guarantee that the celebrities associated with the prize will be present during the visit. Even if those people are present, the winner will not necessarily meet with any of them. During the visit the winner must abide by, and ensure his or her companions abide by all reasonable requests of the Promoter and venue management. Failure to comply may result in immediate and unconditional removal of the winner (and their companions) from the premises.
The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at prize event destinations. The Promoter’s sole responsibility in relation to any event is the issue of tickets and prize confirmations only.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Winner and any guests must, as a condition of accepting the prize:
make themselves available during the dates outlined section 6.
be willing and able to travel to the location outlined in section 6.
Sign the Promoter's:
deed of release in relation to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes; and
deed of indemnity and exclusion of liability.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
