RAC Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Wizard Pharmacy Services No.2 Pty Ltd (ACN 611 122 699) of 173 Davy Street, Booragoon WA 6154 (“Promoter”).
The Competition begins on Monday 3rd October 2022 at 12:00am (Australian Western Standard Time) and ends on Sunday 30th October 2022 at 11:59pm (Australian Western Standard Time) (Competition Period).
Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia aged 16+ years or over. Entrants aged between 16 and up to 18 years must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Wizard Pharmacies, associated companies, agencies and retail sponsors are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Up to 3 entrants (Winner/s) may each be awarded only one prize (Prizes) as follows:
1st Prize, valued at $3,670 – 5 nights’ accommodation in a family studio at RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, 10-day care hire with SIXT Australia and Aristocat Sunset Cruise. RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort prize is redeemable during low and mid-season only. Excludes school holidays and public holidays. Valid for all room categories. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or sale rate. Can be used in conjunction with the RAC member rate. Voucher can only be redeemed at the specified park twelve months from issue date and is subject to availability. Redeemable on accommodation only, excludes food & beverage, activities and tours. The prize is not transferable, or redeemable for cash. Aristocrat Wildlife Cruise, valid for two adults and two children (4-16 years). Can be used within twelve months of issue date. Voucher not redeemable for cash and subject to availability. Sixt Car Hire includes a 10-day SIXT vehicle rental up to a large SUV (FXBR) subject to availability, and including standard protection options. This prize is valid for 12 months. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. Only one voucher allowed per rental, any remaining amount will be forfeited. This document, the instructions on how to enter the Competition and other details contained within promotional advertisements and the Entry Form (if applicable), each form part of the Terms and Conditions.
To enter, shop and spend over $10 (excluding prescription purchases) with any Wizard Pharmacy during the promotional period(s), to be eligible individuals must;
be a member of the Wizard Pharmacy Rewards Program or RAC member, or during the Promotional Period(s), sign up to the Wizard Pharmacy Rewards Program or RAC. Membership to the Wizard Pharmacy Rewards Program is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions available at
www.wizardpharmacy.com.au.
Spend $10 (excluding prescription purchases) in a single transaction at a Wizard Pharmacy during the Promotional Period(s),
provide their Wizard Pharmacy Rewards Program card or RAC membership card for scanning at the time of the transaction.
One (1) entry will only be awarded in increments of $10 when spent in a single transaction (excluding prescription purchases). Maximum value of any one transaction is up to $1,000, and the maximum number of entries that can be received in one transaction is 100 entries.
RAC members will receive an additional entry for every $10 they spend in-store in one transaction, physical card must be presented at time of purchase.
The Winner/s shall be chosen by the Judges from the entries at random.
The Winner/s will be drawn on 7 November 2022 and notified by telephone or email. If the Promoter is unable to contact The Winner/s, a re-draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw on the day that is 15 days after the original draw.
When the Winner/s are notified of their Prize they will also be provided with details as to the collection of their Prize.
The Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right not to select Winners of all or any Prizes in its absolute discretion.
Each Winner must claim its Prize on or before 12 December 2022. Prizes must be claimed in person unless a Winner is otherwise advised. Identification, which includes a photograph, will be required. Prizes will only be awarded following winner validation and verification.
The Prize/s must be taken as stated and is non-transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter. To contact the Promoter, email

The nature of the competition is game of chance. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
The winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
declare as void any entries or claims for Prizes resulting from any printing, production or distribution errors or where there has been error in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Competition materially affecting the result of the Competition or the number of Winners or the value of claims for Prizes;
add to or to waive any of the Terms and Conditions; and
cancel the Competition or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion or the website of the Promoter or the Competition;
acting in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Competition constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database for future marketing or promotional activities. By entering the Competition, entrants, in the event they are a Winner, consent to the publishing of their names and suburb of residence on the website
www.wizardpharmacy.com.au. Acceptance of a Prize by a Winner constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the Winner’s name, suburb of residence, recording of the Winner’s voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The Promoter will not use the entrants’ personal information for any other purpose without their consent unless required or authorised to do so by law. Entrants must notify the Promoter in writing if they would like to amend their personal information or if they have any queries as to how their personal information will be used.
If the Competition is conducted on, or utilising, social media including, without limitation Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, the Competition shall be subject to the terms of use governing the applicable social media platform. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the terms of use of the applicable social media tool, the terms of the applicable social media tool shall prevail.
Without prejudice to clause 25 above, if the Competition is conducted on Facebook or Instagram, entrants:
a. fully releases Facebook or Instagram from all liability arising out of the Competition;
acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram; and
understand and accept that information disclosed in connection with the Competition is disclosed to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram.
The Promoter and Wizard Pharmacies collect personal information ("PI") in order to conduct and administer the promotion and the Program and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to related entities, agents, contractors, service providers, employees and, if required, to any Australian authorities. Participation in the promotion and Program is conditional on providing the requested PI. The Promoter and the Wizard Pharmacies may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrants. Full details on how the Promoter and Wizard Pharmacies may use and handle PI is set out in their Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.wizardpharmacy.com.au/privacy_policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All registrations/entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter and the Wizard Pharmacies will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
