Winners of cash prizes will be required to provide the details of an Australian bank account in their name in order for the prize to be awarded.
All vouchers and free product prizes (excluding the VB merchandise voucher) are redeemable via the Jimmy Brings app and website. Redemption codes will automatically be added to the winner’s Jimmy Brings Voucher Vault. All Jimmy Brings voucher/free product prizes are strictly valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of winning. The voucher/free product prizes will expire after this time and will be removed from the winner’s Jimmy Brings Voucher Vault.
Standard Jimmy Brings delivery fees will apply when Jimmy Brings voucher/free product prizes. There is a minimum spend of $20 for any transaction on the Jimmy brings app and website.

Further Conditions:
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Draws:
The Weekly Draws will take place at Because Creative Experiences, 11 Wilson St, South Yarra, Victoria 3141, Australia at 12:00 pm AEDT on 10/11/22, 17/11/22, 24/11/22, 01/12/22, 08/12/22, 15/12/22, 22/12/22, 29/12/22 and 05/01/23 by computerised random selection. Non-winning entries in each Weekly Draws will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws.
The Promoter may draw reserve winners in case of ineligible or invalid entries.
The first four (4) valid entries drawn in each Weekly Draw will be the winners of the prizes specified in the Schedule above.
If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. Instant Win:
Instant winners will be notified immediately if they have won. To redeem the prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided in the winning notification to redeem their prize. Prizes must be redeemed within 14 days of winning.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Winners of an instant win prize are determined by chance.
For the sake of clarity, in the case that a winner does not redeem their prize in the allocated 14 days, this prize shall be deemed as awarded.
Entrants will have approximately a 1 in 3 chance of winning. The Promoter may increase the number of instant win prizes available in order to ensure this ratio is upheld during the Promotional Period.

The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
