HomeCo Castle Hill ‘12 Christmas Giveaways’ Competition
Entry into the ‘12 Christmas Giveaways’ Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms
and conditions.

How to Enter:
Shoppers visit any participating store at HomeCo Castle Hill and scan the QR code located at the
retail store point of sale OR Click on the link in the competition posts on HomeCo Castle Hill
Facebook and Instagram. Complete the details on the entry form to enter the draw.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9am Wednesday November 16 to 5pm Wednesday December 21,
2022.
Conditions of Entry
▪ Entry is only open to New South Wales residents.
▪ This promotion does not apply to Management and staff of HomeCo or Contractors of the
above organisations.
▪ This promotion does not apply to employees and the immediate families of the Promoter,
participating stores at the HomeCo Castle Hill and the agencies associated with this
Promotion. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and
grandparents.
▪ The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entry and to disqualify any
customer who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
▪ Participants can enter once only during the promotional period and they will be included
in all subsequent draws.
▪ The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet,
networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever
reason.
▪ The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
▪ If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent
or guardian.

Random draws will be conducted online by HomeCo Castle Hill.
A total of twelve (12) prizes will be awarded. Total prize pool valued at $5,947
The prize winners will be notified by telephone and winners will need to arrange collection of prize
from the HomeCo. Castle Hill Centre Management Office.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at random online, after 9am Monday January 9, 2023.
Winners will be published on the HomeCo Castle Hill Facebook page and website.
Winners are not eligible to win future draws in this promotional period.
Liability
The Promoter and any companies associated with this Promotion accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use
and enjoyment of any item gained via the Promotion except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
Any additional amount or GST incurred by using the Gift Cards is not the responsibility of the
promoter.
Entrant Information
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may, for an indefinite period,
unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and
profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants
should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal

will be removed as soon as reasonably possible. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
