Village Fair Regents Park – WIN a Fridge Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The competition commences on Tuesday 15 November 2022. Entry online closes at 6pm on Friday December 9
with in-Centre entry closing at 12.30pm on Saturday 10 December 2022.
2. Only entries on an original Entry Form will be accepted as a valid entry in-Centre OR online entry via the official
online entry form with upload of receipt.
3. Entry Forms may only be distributed by a tenant of Village Fair Regents Park when $20 or more is spent by the
customer at any food, specialty store or service provider or $50 at Drakes, in one transaction on any one day.
4. Only one (1) Entry Form will be provided per person, per transaction.
5. Each Entry Form is counted as one (1) entry and may not be used more than once.
6. Prize pool consists of five (5) prizes, one (1) Major Prize and four (4) Minor Prizes. The prize pools includes:
a. Major Prize: Westinghouse 435L Bottom Mount Fridge (Black). Valued at $1,449 (and delivery) plus
$150 Drakes Gift Card, $150 Zac’s Butchery Gift Voucher and $100 Regents Park Market Gift
Voucher. Total Value $2,233.
b. Minor Prize 1: Kenwood Chef XL Stand Mixer. Value $499
c. Minor Prize 2: Crock Pot Multi Express Crock XL. Value $219
d. Minor Prize 3: Russell Hobbs 5.7L Brooklyn Air Fryer. Value $169
e. Mino9 Prize 4: Soda Stream Source Sparkling Water Maker. Value $79
7. Total Prize pool is $3,254.
8. The prize is subject to any terms and conditions defined on the retailer gift cards and vouchers.
9. Prize are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
10. The draws will take place on the following date on Saturday 10 December at 12.40pm at Village Fair Shopping
Centre.
11. If the Major Prize winner is at the prize draw on Saturday 10 December at 12.40pm and can show ID they will also
receive a Bonus Prize of $500. This will be provided by a bank transfer on the week commencing Sunday 12
December.
12. If the Minor prize winners are present at the draw and can show ID, will receive their prize to take home with
them. They will be required to sign a Prize Release Form.
13. If the Winners are be notified by phone.
14. Customers must be 18 years or over to enter.
15. Proof of identification is required to collect the prize.
16. The Major Prize of the Fridge will be home delivered within 10km of Village Fair Shopping Centre. Any further than
this the winner will be required to pay for the delivery of their prize. The Gift Voucher prizes will be ready for
collection from a nominated retailer at Village Fair Shopping Centre.
17. The Minor Prizes must be collected from a nominated retailer at Village Fair, 3358 Mount Lindesay Highway,
Regents Park QLD 4118 during business hours at an agreed time and date suitable for both the winner and the
Promoter.
18. The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Tenants of Village Fair
• Employees of tenants of Village Fair
• Contractors of Village Fair and their employees
• Immediate family members of any of the above i.e. spouses and children.
19. The winners consent to having their name used and photograph taken, for advertising purposes.
20. The competition will be drawn by a representative of Village Fair, whose decision will be final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.
21. The competition is promoted by Village Fair located on the corner of 3358 Mount Lindesay Highway, Regents
Park QLD 4118.
22. All entry forms remain the property of the promoter at all times. In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their
names being entered onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity is not practicable in the
circumstances.
23. For the purposes of compliance with applicable Privacy Legislation, entrants are advised that: they can contact
the promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the promoter stated above; the
purpose for which the information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion
of Village Fair and its retailers; the information on them is not usually disclosed to third party organisations; failure
to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in their entries being ineligible to be a
winning entry form.
24. The promoter expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for injury or loss to any person or property
relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded.
25. This promotion does not have a direct or indirect association with the sale or consumption of a smoking product
or of smoking products generally. Therefore, in accordance with applicable State Legislation, purchases of
smoking products are not considered valid purchases for the purpose of this promotion and therefore are
excluded from being used to form an entry.
26. Receipts from payment of Accounts cannot be used to form an entry. Purchases of prescription medication and
gaming related products are excluded from being used to form an entry.
27. Prize winners will be contacted by phone. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however
if the winner is not reachable within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
