Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotion: Use your IKEA Family membership to make a Qualifying Purchase and go in the draw to win a $3,000 IKEA Gift Card.
3. The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
4. Eligible Participant: Entry is open to Australian residents who are:
(a) 18 years of age or over;
(b) members of the IKEA Family Australian loyalty program with an active IKEA Family profile;
and
(c) not directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related companies.
Whilst directors, management and employees of the Promoter may not enter, their immediate family may be eligible to enter.
5. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences at 09.00am (Sydney Time) on 8 December 2022 and closes at 09.00pm (Sydney Time) on 19 December 2022.
6. Qualifying Purchase: The qualifying purchase must be IKEA home furniture or furnishing products or IKEA food product from Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Swedish Bistro or Swedish Food Market, excluding:
(a) IKEA Gift Cards; or
(b) IKEA services (including, but not limited to picking, delivery, assembly, installation, custom stone, takeback/recycling, planning and interior design services).
7. Entry process: To enter the draw, Eligible Participants must:
(a) in-store: scan their IKEA Family physical or digital card or enter their verified mobile number
at the point of checkout before completing their Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion
Period; or
(b) online: sign into their IKEA Family Account or insert their IKEA Family membership number in
the requested field to make a Qualifying Purchase on IKEA.com.au or in the IKEA App.
Each entry is conditional on the Eligible Participant providing true and correct personal information to the Promoter. Each Eligible Participant successfully enter into the draw is an Entrant of the draw. A maximum of two entry per Entrant per day during the Promotion Period.
8. Verification and disqualification: The Promoter reserve the right, in its sole discretion to:
(a) verify the validity of entries; and
(b) disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry that is not
in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Prize: The Prize of the draw is an IKEA Gift Card, valued at $3,000 ("Prize”). Total value of all Prizes is $3,000, which is correct at the time of publication.
