1. This competition is run by Matchbox and is open to residents of Australia 18 years and over, who are account holders of the Matchbox Rewards program.
2. The competition closes on Sunday, 22nd January 2023 at 11:59PM AEDT.
3. By entering the competition, the entrant is agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and agrees to Matchbox's full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4. All competition steps must be followed: Entrants must be opted in to Matchbox Rewards to enter the competition, and thereby agree to receiving email communications from Matchbox or Matchbox Rewards. Entrants may opt out at any time.
5. The prize consists of a $500 Matchbox Shopping Spree Gift Voucher, to spend at any item in Matchbox online or in store of the winner’s choice.
6. Please note: Amounts spent with the Shopping Spree gift voucher are noteligible to be turned into points for Matchbox Rewards.
7. The promoter(s) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter(s).
8. Only one entry is allowed for one account. Winner will be selected at random.
9. The winner will be notified within 5 business days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, Matchbox reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
